I told the receptionist that we were a just down the street sitting at a light about 7min away. After arriving we stood in the front lobby area waiting to speak to someone for a few minutes one was upfront.I had to walk down the hall calling the receptionist by her name to get someone’s attention. At that time we were declined our service and was told that MAYBE only one person could be serviced however it would not be the same service we booked. So we left! I totally believe in policy,however as a service provider please make sure that your customers are aware of whatever policy’s you have and not at the last minute. A friend of mine went to them for a treatment. They did a fantastic job. She was so refreshed looking immediately after her procedure. I knew I had to call! I did. My consultant was Kari and she made everything so pleasant. She answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I made my appointment. When I went to my appointment the receptionist was very polite and attentive. Office was very clean and calming. When I met Jordan, the R.N., who did the procedure he was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable, he asked questions about what “I” wanted. He did exactly what I asked for! I’m so pleased. I will definitely return. Thank you Everyone!
My first laser experience so far has been amazing. Sarah is extremely friendly and makes you feel so comfortable during the treatment. She explained the treatment process in depth before starting and while in treatments. Sarah also helps me get all my appointments scheduled in one day so all 3-4 treatments can go smoothly without any delays; everything has gone smoothly. They offer aloe or hydrocortisone after the treatment as well. My results were visible after one session and have been better than I expected. All the staff seem very knowledgeable and helpful.
Laser hair removal is already intimidating to most people. Therefor, any options to be comfortable you will gravitate towards. Jordan is compassionate and talented. My appointment was easier than anticipated and leads me towards the word, pleasant. Hands down to Ideal Image for bringing on a valuable asset like Jordan. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!
I had a great experience with Sara. She was very patient with me, took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. She is very sweet and very professional. She has a very soft touch, I had no pain and no bruising. With her I always get the best results. I’ll always go to her for my Botox. I’ve also scheduled a CoolTone appointment with her, can’t wait.
Sara is great! Gentle and kind she explained the entire process as we were going through it. Sara took the time to engage throughout the process and not just focus on the procedure. I am greatly appreciative.
