What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Always excellent Austrian food
The bread is perfection, hot crispy outside soft tender inside. We’re tried all the offerings… delicious! Nellie at the bar is outstanding and fast! We had the pork cordon blue and sausage sampler. It could not have been better. The dessert offerings are perfection… leave room for dessert! Live music too, it’s no wonder reservations are needed.

  2. Stopped here Wed Oct 8th at 6pm.
Place was very busy with many patrons having reservations. We did not have a reservation but got seated quickly.
Food was excellent! Our server was extremely busy but attentive.
    Save room for dessert.

  3. Got a chance to take advantage of Happy Hour, which is 4-7 (bar area and beer garden). We had draft beer sampler paddle, sausage sampler plate (good portion and you get to taste 4 different sausages) and original veal Wiener schnitzel. I also had some kind of Elderflower martini and chocolate martini, I enjoyed both equally. Everything tasted really-really good, we’ll be back for more

  4. We went here twice on our trip to South Carolina. We sat inside the first time when it was rainy and outside the second. Both times we had great service and the atmosphere was good both inside and out. I try to visit German restaurants everywhere I go and I frequent the ones near me. Prices here were decent and the portions were a good size. The meals weren’t the best I’ve had compared to other German restaurants, but everything was hot, fresh and tasted fine. The German chocolate cake was excellent, I recommend getting a slice of one of their cakes to go if you don’t have the room for it there. Overall a good stop if you like German food or for a good German beer at a great price.

  5. Incredible food and great service with a massive menu of German favorites! We were actually on our way to another restaurant when someone in the car spotted this place off to the side and we made a U-turn looking for some good German beer and food. Food was delicious and portion sizes were fairly large. Had a great time trying a bit of everyone’s dish, checking out the sampler paddle for the beer, and of course indulging in the Black Forest cake. Angel was our server and took great care of us. Highly suggest checking this place out if you enjoy German food, good beer, and amazing desserts! Will certainly be going back next time we are in Myrtle Beach!

The scrambled eggs were yum yum yum. Everything else was good but needed salt! The waffles weren’t made with enough salt and the potatoes tasted completely unsalted. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and the mocha was delicious. The customer service was great, and the location and aesthetics were awesome. Overall a good experience once we got a salt shaker on board lol

Wonderful staff and beautiful ambiance. My scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. The best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. However my potato’s lacked salt and needed some more flavoring. The waffles were decadent and fluffy, topped with beautiful strawberry’s, whip cream and chocolate mouse. The only critique I had for the waffles was that the batter also lacked salt. And yes folks, sweet things also require a little bit of salt in order to avoid making it taste so fresh and bland. All in all it was a decent experienced would go back again.

I took my lovely sister-in-law out for brunch this is her favorite place. She’s a crepe lover. And gracious knows this menu is quite diverse. I had never had crepes. So this was something new to me. I had a crepe filled with chicken, basil, onions & garlic-olive oil. This was gluten free which was great because I am gluten intolerant. I did have to ask for some extra olive oil to dip because I felt the crepe was a little dry. Not sure if this was supposed to be the consistency or not. I also had a hard time cutting into my meal not because the crepe was too hard I just had the wrong type of knife. Our hostess was very courteous and quite attentive. I’m not sure if she was just being polite or if we were just taking too long. We also preceded our meal with French onion soup which was delicious, hot, and yummy with just the right amount of Swiss cheese on top. We were so busy catching up and chatting (I have to admit I was the one doing most of the talking), that I did not get to finish my meal. This was refreshingly different and I will definitely come back but I do think next time I will order a panini and skip the chicken all together. A crepe is sweet which I did not know I think I will leave the sweet and the chicken for different meals.

The food, atmosphere, and restaurant were all excellent. The owners and staff are very sweet. The hustle and bustle of the restaurant exudes prompt service. All menu items are made to order, from all fresh ingredients. We haven’t had anything nasty from this restaurant. The coconut limeade is from Heaven, and is hands down one of the best drinks I’ve ever had across the globe! Go here, take in everything as an experience. Great location. I just don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I highly recommend. Enjoy, Bon Appétit!

Certain items from the regular menu are discounted during Happy Hour from 4-7 pm every day. The night we went, they also had a live harpist playing pop songs. Nice ambiance but a little loud where we sat. The scallops, even discounted, were still overpriced at $11.25 for 3 tiny pieces on a small salad. A better choice was the $8.75 “crepesadilla” which I ended up sharing with the person who ordered the scallops. The sweet crepes for dessert were the best part of the meal, of course!

This place was recommended by one of the hotel staff. Great suggestion. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast here. Spacious and light. Felt more like dining at a bed and breakfast. Everything was delicious and our server Nick was friendly and very attentive to not only us but his other tables. If I’m ever in Myrtle Beach again will definitely come back!

Visited this place 3 different times for breakfast while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Overall a very clean place with very good selection for breakfast. The only odd thing was my morning tea was presented differently every time. Which made me wonder on consistency of their practices. Also I liked the fact they had a very easy to use online ordering system. I ordered pickup one of the morning for breakfast.

My husband and I are from Raleigh, NC. We set our alarm for 4:30AM, just to roll out of the house by 6AM, so we could drive 3 hours and make it here for breakfast by 9AM. Was it worth it? You wouldn’t be reading this review if it wasn’t! I would’ve given them more stars if I could. I ordered a hazelnut latte and the banana foster french toast. Did not disappoint! Both were delicious, and I was so sad when my cup was empty. Our waitress was really friendly and the service was quick! Which was great, because again, we drove 3 hours and homegirl was hungry. Definitely coming back. 😅

Me and my family came here while visiting Myrtle Beach and I’m so glad we did!!! I was looking for breakfast places on google and came across this gem. Trust me when I say this, this is the BEST place to eat at! It was so good that we ended up stopping by here twice! I would honestly drive hours just to eat at this place again. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the food is just out of this world good! I highly recommend this place to anybody!

Nice little cafe serving wonderful breakfast selections. The Shrimp and Grits I had was excellent. Coffee is very good. Wishing I tried the pour over coffee.
