I have been to both locations, Hill rd & Bristol rd. Same result from both locations.The car reader is difficult to use. I just realized these are connected businesses. Overall, the place looks great by all appearances. I wash my car everyday and do not live on a dirt road. This is a complete waste of my hard earned money. Fast Eddies is the right place to go if you want your oil changed right. I personally have known 4 people who worked or do work here and they are good workers and it’s nice to see women doing such a great job working on vehicle’s.

But on more than one occasion go through the wash and come out with the back of the car dirty and the person at the end drying mirrors and walking around the car doesn’t say anything about it…
Got an oil change mobil 1 most expensive they have. Only oil i have ever ran in my car. They charge $100 for the oil change which would be fine except my car takes 4.4 quarts of oil they announce to the employees 4 quarts. So im starting a brand new oil change down almost a 1/2 quart down. They dont reset the oil change light, cant print a sticker for factory recommended intervals. I mean come on. The new slogan should be Fast Eddie’s we struggle with the basics. Called up there and was given excuses no willingness to do it right.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past few days now before my monthly membership renewed and I finally get ahold of someone while the charge is now showing pending in my account. I am told that I can not get a refund but I am more than welcome to keep using the car wash for the next month. You guys make it very hard to get ahold of someone when you close at 7, and the main car wash that sets you up with the subscription, can’t do the cancelling. It is 2023, there are so many ways you can make it easier for people to cancel their subscriptions.
