6 months agoWaited forever to get my car through the wash The gentleman there was sitting there talking to a woman while I waited. He took the brush once across my windshield and once across the back window and that was it. If you’re going to charge $16 for a car wash a little bit more attention should be given. Probably will not go back to this one ever again. Poor service.7 months agoVaccumes have no suction. Trash cans overfilled with trash spilling out and flies all over them. Im sorry, but the place needs to be maintained.3 years agoDoes a good job as long as it has enough cleaning liquids. This one is usually maintained pretty good and I haven’t had any problems with it. Haven’t been to this one in a while because they installed a Team Clean automated car wash with free vacuums about a 1/4 mile up the road. The advantage this one has is you can was your car yourself or use the automated wash. There is pay to use vacuums and a change machine on site.5 months agoHad to go back and wash a second time. Not enough soap.6 years agoThere are multiple options for washes by self-serve or automation. The interface is simple to use and makes payment easy. The individual stations are usually well maintained and clean. It can be crowded as there’s only 1 enclosed automation line, but it’s still my favorite wash for both of my personal vehicles and my company car.

a month agoGreat wash. Manager is a smooth salesman. Was only trying to get a single wash and told sold me on membership unlimited washes that would help me save money in the long run. His customer service skills are phenomenal.2 months agoManager Keshun was very resourceful. He explained how everything worked and even assisted me with my wife car. I will be back to take advantage of the unlimited membership and get my wife signed up as well.2 months agoThe car wash itself did a decent job on my truck, it left a few unwashed areas along the passenger side. They do have a cart with towels to wipe down your vehicle after it comes out of the wash. They also provide on the same cart, glass cleaner and interior cleaner in spray bottles, along with towels to use for that purpose as well. When I was there, a nice female employee let us use a bottle of tire shine as well. I love the complimentary vacuums with unlimited use with a wash. Makes it easier not having to try and beat a timer while vacuuming out the truck. Will be back for sure.3 weeks agoKeyshon is extremely customer focused and kind. Now I am paying monthly for the pro5 package of unlimited washing and being able to clean the inside of my car. The wash some of the equipment is not working so the full wash I am paying for can not be preformed. Then the detail area do not have anything to clean your car out with. I asked the service attendant and they tell me I guess they stole it all. I am paying almost 40$ a month to be able to clean my car which for the price I am paying I am not getting what I was told by the brochure this is false advertising and need to be fix ASAP.
I had the BEST experience this morning at take 5 on olive . The person at the gate Jakavia was so helpful ! She smiled throughout the whole service and made sure to tell me about the fast passes and how it basically pays for itself. My car was extremely clean and the detail center was fully stocked . I never see that at other take 5 establishments. I love it here and will continue to come here for all my car cleaning needs
I came in today (7/19/23) and Mr. Ellis gave great customer service. He noticed there was adhesive on my car and seen that it was dirty so he scrubbed it clean. Nobody has done that for me. I recommend coming to this location!!!
I absolutely LOVE going to this car wash! It gets my vehicle nicely clean and it’s right across the street from planet fitness, so once I clean my vehicle, I can go work out! A win win!
Conveniently located, reasonably priced, I happened to leave my driver side mat clipped near the vacuum, and when I went to pick it up, one of the workers shampooed it for me and put it back in. That’s great customer service!
