2 months agoThere is a reason why I subscribed here because I don’t want to waste time washing my car. But today something went wrong during the wash and I left the washing line without even drying with just a little water poured on my car. Therefore, I returned to wash my muddy car again, but because they had stopped taking vehicles to the washing line due to the problem, about 20 cars had formed a queue. Although it took me about 10 minutes to find a staff member to take care of me, I received an irresponsible rejection to my request from them to take me to the front and wash again. I think it was not very difficult to compensate for this bad experience I had due to a problem that had nothing to do with me and to take a car to the front of the line. As if all this was not enough, when I asked for a towel to at least dry my car, what I got was nothing more than a wet towel as if making fun of me. That’s how easy it is to lose customers. I am thinking of canceling my subscription.4 months agoThe best place to get a carwash. I highly recommend their top tier ceramic wash. They had excellent tire shine and made my car spotless. Was behind ONE car in line for 10min or more (no exaggerating) waiting for them to pay. The employee was trying to be helpful to the guy but at the cost of getting everyone behind him very frustrated. Next time just have the guy pull out, figure out his payment issue, then join the line again. First time having this happen and it was very frustrating. I can’t blame the employees, they were doing their best in the situation. He apologized when I was finally able to pull up. But I will not go to that location again. Also pay vacuums which are not at the others I’ve been to. Not sure if that’s new.

3 months agoI had a highly disappointing experience with Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Not only did their technicians break my front window, but they also caused an oil spill in the salon area. The lack of caution and professionalism displayed by the service personnel was unacceptable. And they charged me for this $80!What made matters worse was the behavior of the individual responsible for the damages. Despite my request, he declined to call the manager or check the security cameras to assess the situation. This lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue added to my frustration.
Overall, I strongly caution against using Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Their negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in financial burdens and disruptions to my business. It is important to thoroughly research and consider other options before entrusting them with your pool maintenance needs.
7 months agoIf your car is too dirty they will tell you that it’s not their fault if it doesn’t come out clean enough. (Can’t even use a moist rag to remove the dust right.. they are not respectful at all.in the last weekAfter South City Car washed closed I was bummed…until I found this place 10 mins away. Great service, and comfortable waiting areas. Lots of add-ons and detailing if you like. And 7/11 is right next to it if you need coffee.a week agoVery professional cleaning and friendly stuff. They have a burning man “special” if they see the playa dust. Great job!3 weeks agoJust know that for $80 cleaning is only vacuumed only half way, and shine outside no wipe off seats or anything else or they said is extra for everything else. The behavior, the treatment as a customer they give us trash When you ask for better service they said you’re threatening Do you a favor and don’t waist your money.

When it comes to self car wash services, we want nothing less than the best. However, with numerous options available…
Very long wait to get the car cleaned. Probably about 25 cars ahead of me. Also there’s always something broken or not working in the car wash, one of the spray heads on left side of the car is malfunctioning and spraying way too hard like a machine gun, scared it will damage my car. I’ve mentioned it to the employees but they seem to care less.
This was the first and last time for me here. Extremely pricey for the quality. The basic wash is $16 and you barely have any foam on your car for this price. The worst thing is that the vacuum is not free after the wash. It’s $3 per minute!! Rip off. They don’t have any sinks available for customers. So forget about washing your hands or towel.
As a new resident of CA that just moved from GA, the prices are outrageous! 😬 plus very long wait lines. Once I saw the prices, I dipped and went to a self-service carwash instead where I paid $8 (wash+vacuum) to do it myself 💁🏽♀️ plus I cleaned my car better than the automatic machine
They really need to maintain this better. The brushes in the wash are so dirty they leave black marks all over my white car that I can only remove using bug&tar remover.
The tire shine is applied too heavily.
The stalls are narrow and the metal pads to clip your floor mats on take up too much room and can easily chip your doors if you are not careful opening them, they would be much better placed directly on the building.
Also there are always homeless people rummaging through the trash bothering you while you are vacuuming/drying the car.
What was the best car wash when it opened has declined a lot
There’s no point in using them vacuums at all-there’s so little suction I do remember how great it was-hopefully the owners will clean out the vaccines and they’ll go back to be good
