a year agoClean and everything seemed to work. The car wash takes cash and card, but the vacuum only takes cash. There isn’t anywhere to pay card for exchange for cash for vacuum use. They offer self wash and auto wash options. Equipment is top notch and the Gloss Wax in the self washings bays is dispensed with warm water and the customer service is spectacular. I’ll explain. Once upon a time I pulled into a stall, started washing my car with high pressure soap, when I reached the next step of high pressure rinsing, the soap wouldn’t clear through the lines as my time ticked away. I had placed 10$ into the machine. Well needless to say I wasn’t able to finish in that bay so I had to spend another 10$ in another bay to finish.I looked up front for a way to contact someone. Found some cards. Left my name and number and a brief description and the following week I received a phone call. The guy on the phone apologized and informed me he was placing a 10$ bill into an envelope and by the end of the first week after the issue happened I received my money back and at that point this company earned my business for life.

a week agoModified my previous review because I was unaware how they charge credit cards. The system works off time. Credit Card was charged $10.00 but later changed to $3.25 which was correct. My only recommendation is they charge $1.00 and say pending like most companies do.4 months agoYesterday, 5/21/2023, was my first time to use Highland Village Self Service (Manual) Car Wash. I’m not sure if the attending person was the owner, but this person was truly pleasant, helpful and made for a welcoming experience. The place was clean!!! A really great thing: the vacuums AND bays are set up so you can use your credit card for payment. (No More Quarters!!) I will continue to use and recommend to others!!3 years agoAwesome shop! Cheaper than others in the area and they offer more. They have plenty of room to handle traffic at all times of the day. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I’ve never had to wait. They offer everything you’ll need to wash your car, inside and out. I would highly recommend Highland Village Car!!2 months agoTraditional and laser wash. One or two big bays with extra sprayers for like work trucks. Nice brushes. Hit your ride with the hot, soapy power spray for $3 then roll through the autowash for a killer wash!!2 months agoNot much time for the money you’re paying. I could not make it around all the wash settings on my car before my paid time ran up. However, the vacuum gives plenty of time for the paid money.

I was fortunate enough to get a flash sale that allowed me crew Unlimited car washes for 3 months. My car got very spoiled because it was getting washed every time I went to town. I may continue the crew Unlimited because $39.95 I get unlimited car washes for the month when the price for one car wash is $22.
First time in my life being stuck in a carwash, something seemed to malfunction, I think it might have been the customer in front of me that could not seem to figure out how to put their car in neutral, and then drove out prematurely. Regardless it took way longer than it should have, while I was on a time schedule, with a lot of stresses in my world. Not going to go there again.
