  1. I had a rescheduled appointment for Saturday 18 February at 11 am. I came in and waited about 5 min to check in no biggie. Front desk is rude, didn’t greet and asks how can I help you. Obviously an appointment. Now, mind you I’ve been to this office for over a year and the front desk usually greats in a friendly manner stating your name and appointment time. I get checked in for the appointment at 11am and do not get called back until 11:40am. They take X-rays and state Dr will be in soon. 12pm rolled around and was still waiting for cleaning and Dr. I walk to front desk and state I would like to cancel appointment. They ask why, I explain I’ve been waiting an hour and nothing but X-rays have been done. She states the delay is because they only have one hygienist scheduled for Saturday and that they would still bill insurance for X-rays. I absolutely didn’t agree because they didn’t fully complete the annual cleaning and checkup. She has me wait to speak with the manager Stephanie who starts conversation already defensive and stating that they make accommodations for patients to be seen on Saturday’s and basically our time isn’t of any importance because they’re already doing us the favor of being open on a Saturday. Completely unprofessional both in appearance and attitude. I requested the information of cooperate or boss and she proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t need to give me that information. You really can’t makeup this managers lack of professionalism. I’ll be waiting to receive a call from Gabby the district manager. Will never go back to such a poorly ran dental office.

  2. Worse experience. I was told I needed a crown done, after pressure from the staff on multiple visits I finally said yes. I went in for my crown procedure, and left feeling worse than I came in. I can’t brush my tooth on that side and can drink cold water or eat. I only have a temporary crown for now. I went back again due to my excessive pain, and was told I needed a root canal now ( I didn’t need one to begin with) Now they want to charge me for both the permanent crown (I don’t have yet) and a root canal. I was told over a period of 2 plus weeks a manager would call me back and they never did. Still waiting. They will only agree to fix my pain if I pay for both procedures costing over $1900. Ridiculous. I have worked in this field as a dental assistant before and never seen someone treated like this. Don’t trust their rating, they ask everyone to rate 5 stars to get a free service.

  3. I have always been very afraid of dentist and usually have such a bad time every time but this time was DIFFERENT! First and for more the ladies at the front are the nicest and sweetest ladies they were able to help me get seen right away even though I had to get cleared by my doctor since I’m pregnant. After I was helped by Luis the funniest and most helpful amazing person ever! He made me feel comfortable and not afraid right away! I’m so grateful for everyone working because they made my experience so warming and fun! Hugo did my cleaning and took such patience and smooth cleaning that it made the time go by even fast even though I was afraid. The lady that even explained my financial statement was so helpful! Thanks for everyone and I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

  4. I have been going to the office for 2 years now and each time it has been a great experience. Hugo was my hygienist today along with Luis who did my xrays. Both were super friendly and kind. Luis made me laugh the whole time. Finally Dr. Chris who always seems to remember me each visit which I enjoy immensely. Great team to be seen by.

  5. Best dental staff in El Paso! The Dentist is extremely knowledgeable and remembers me everytime I go even though I see them twice a year. The Hygienist are super detailed, take their time and make sure they do their best job every time. The admin (Genesis) is extremely knowledgeable she’s always determined to get you the services you need with your insurance. Great at keeping you in the loop of a status. Highly recommend!!!

They got me in same day and fixed multiple issues I had in one visit!     I have a bad abscess under my tooth and my face already started getting swollen. First I went to another dentist office, which said on Google affordable dentis. Well, at the end staff was friendly, doc was friendly but the prices and the lady who is doing the bills…. Super rude unfriendly not helpful. If you see the patient is under horrible pain help her!!! After I did not agreed to the price she literally let me walk out if the office. After 3 hours!!!! Barely X-rays done. Then still under a lot pain I went to green family dentist. Explained my situation. The took me right in. No problems. I was in and out in 30 min. Plus, price was just the half to pull out a teeth. Highly recommend this place. Thank you again

    I’ve waited over 8 months to try and resolve a financial dispute with Green Family Dental when they began working with Care Credit. I got the financing approved through Care Credit to get work done. The services I needed done and financed for were for a deep cleaning, both bottom wisdom teeth extractions, and a supposed crown (for damage not able to be seen until the extracted tooth was out). The Care Credit financing paid up to the deep cleaning and the tooth extractions but after I got an infection in both extracted areas, left bone protruding, and a tiny piece of gauze left in the sutured part of the area he had to cut to take out the wisdom tooth, I did not return because I went to another dentist that found all this I just described. I was in extreme pain for over a week. So I returned to dispute the remaining balance to be credited to Care Credit financing for services I didn’t return to get done. So conveniently they told me they no longer worked with Care Credit! They acknowledged the credit amount but their demeanor changed quickly and told me they’d do that in 90 days. In those 90 days they fixed their billing documentation so perfect and it came out that I had actually a balance WOW and I disputed this last month with Care Credit. Care Credit sided with them and Care Credit – get this – gave them the remaining balance! I initially chose this office because of the “great review” of 4.9, but don’t be fooled. Stay way clear of this dental office.

    It was my first time at Green Family Dental, and I have to say I was impressed. The whole staff is very friendly. Amanda up front is very professional, extremely helpful and welcoming. Abel is amazing as well, very detailed in his work, very professional, took his time and explained everything thoroughly which really put me at ease. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. They are open on Saturday, which is very convenient.

    I recently had a dental appointment and I’m happy to say it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled, as well as some teeth filled, and the procedures were quick and painless. The dental team was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care, ensuring that I was comfortable and well-informed.     Got my fillings today, Alexis was fantastic!! He took such good care of me, stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. He explained everything they were going to do very clearly and made me as comfortable as possible. Julio at the front desk was great too! Always super friendly. I do wish Dr Ahn was more gentle and had a better bedside manner. But the staff at East El Paso Dentist is unmatched!!
