  1. I passed by Omaha and just want a place to have a late lunch. I choose Le Bouliion by Google and wasn’t disappointed! It was very delicious meal. Chef was so nice and agreed to switch sauce on my duck from peppercorn I don’t like to tarragon. It was amazing and pleasant experience! The restaurant is very welcoming and friendly and the food meet the greatest standards! I will definitely be back and recommend you to try Le Bouliion too!

  2. Stopped here for dinner before a show at the Orpheum. It was a weekday so not busy at all, service was excellent. Chicken liver PB&J was recommended and didn’t disappoint. It’s a very unique canape to start the meal with. We also shared a French Onion soup that was tasty but a little saltier than I prefer. I’m not going to fault the restaurant for my preference. Both meals were excellent and we both agreed we would have been happy with either meal. She ordered a hanger steak with root vegetable au gratin which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The root vegetable au gratin was extra tasty! Chicken Roulade was almost like comfort food with a garden pea, pearl onion, cabbage & pancetta gravy. We were both too full for dessert but enjoyed an espresso after the meal. While not our favorite French restaurant in town, we definitely left happy.

  3. Went to a private dinner here the other evening and wasn’t sure what to expect. Wow! Did they know their stuff! They clearly love food and wine and care about the preservation of the Old Market as well as historical facts and the arts!
I am not a wine fan but I finished each glass and enjoyed them all. Dinner was also flawless! Would highly recommend!

  4. Had an amazing meal on Friday! Love that you can walk around and actually look at the wine and pick out what you want. The system they have set up makes it less expensive and gives you a chance to try new things. The service was great & the caviar with the chips…amazing.

  5. We celebrated this beautiful couples memorable evening at this establishment.
Our dinner choices were Duck, Steak, and Chicken (I requested chicken). The manager made sure everything was taken care of as she was involved in every detail of our evening and our bartender was AMAZING! He made sure our glasses were never empty. Every time I saw them taking care of the guests, they always had a genuine smile. I think they had as much as much of a good time as we did. ☺️

Thank You for your professionalism, attention, and most of all your caring personalities. Both of you helped make this evening a BEAUTIFUL memory. 🥰

I visited this place early June. Great environment. It’s an experience you have to try at least once. The dishes are small but they do add up in your stomach I got the course meals but was hungry and got an additional dish. I was so full after that, I had to wait a half hour before leaving. My servers were fantastic.

We went for my birthday and the experience was just bad. I wanted to do the tasting menu, and my girlfriend wanted pasta. When we made the reservations, no one mentioned we both had to do the tasting menu, and the waitress seemed annoyed that we asked. I feel that after we put a reservation for two and then only selected one tasting menu option, it would have been great for someone to reach out and make it clear that was not possible. She told us we could just both order entrees, which would be much bigger size than the tasting menu plates. We ended up paying $35 for two bites of a fish and $17 for 11 nickel sized tortellini. We had to ask about the drinks since the ones on the website were ones that they weren’t serving actually serving anymore. Our waitress recommended one saying it was sweet and good, but it just tasted like straight whiskey. We would of gladly ordered more plates to try out the food we were interested in but toward the end we didn’t feel welcomed since everything that was recommended was a bust it felt more like they wanted us to leave than anything.

Excellent food and wine pairings. Shout out to the sommelier, his pairings were such great compliments to the delicious dishes. I would love to come back again soon.

The wine pairings with the tasting menu were wonderful. The sommelier was excellent and picked the perfect wine for each dish. Highly recommend the tasting menu + wine pairing. Such a great spot. Will revisit.

The atmosphere was wonderful, service was even better and the food was top notch. We went for the tasting menu with wine pairings and were not disappointed. Go and experience!

Wilson is AMAZING at what he does!!! He made the best decision buying this place. This was our first time dining and definitely not our last. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The Beef Wellington had so much flavor and was cooked to perfection!! The salad and French Onion soup were delicious and the Crème Brûlée topped the meal off perfectly!! This experience wouldn’t have been the same without our outstanding waitress Elizabeth. 13 years of experience pays off. We have never had a waitress spend time explaining the food to us or given us the background of the restaurant. Both Wilson and Elizabeth have exceeded our expectations!! Oh, and the wine… WOW 🤩 We will be back for sure asking for Elizabeth again!!! Try it and you won’t regret it!

OH. MY. GOSH! Le Voltaire took me back to Europe!! My palate was overwhelmingly delighted with every dish I tasted. Chef Wilson’s Carrot Ginger soup was heavenly, not at all what I expected, but it was like SILK in my mouth! My filet with hunter sauce was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection! This place is a hidden gem, the real deal!! Chef Wilson and his servers are so kind and offered up white glove service. I WILL return, soon!

I do not leave reviews very often but tonight was well deserving. My husband made reservations for our 14th anniversary. We recently moved here so it was our first visit and definitely won’t be our last. From complimentary champagne and desserts to just flat our amazing service and food we had zero complaints. My husband ordered some sort of steak which he enjoyed and I ordered the salmon special which was just unexplainably the best salmon I’ve every had. French onion soup was out of this world. For a Tuesday night and it being packed with reservations we could not wrap our heads around it but after leaving we definitely understand why. The chef made sure to make us feel his presence, our waitress was amazing and food was just perfection. 100/10. We will return.

Restaurant called this morning to cancel our reservations today (Easter Sunday) because they can’t accommodate 5 people. Why didn’t they inform us of this when we made the reservation. The woman who called hung up on us twice (after we called back). Very poor customer service skills. Now scrambling to make other arrangements
