  1. Such an up-selling scam. I have had several deep cleanings with the same insurance through the years without paying extra. Was taken out of the chair and sent to the office manager to discuss treatment??? To the tune of $289??? When I refused the deep cleaning, I was told “we close at noon” so I was there 1.5 hrs and did not receive the basic cleaning I was scheduled for. Never again.

  2. I was a new patient at the west location on Kingston pike. I explained that I needed a tooth pulled in October. I did over 10 X-ray and NEVER got my tooth pulled. I have called and called several times and locations for this tooth to be pulled . They say if you have a tooth ache or need an abstraction they will do their best to work you in. NOT TRUE ! The receptionist asks me for $ down and I haven’t even gotten an appointment? Money driven and no good customer care gets 1 star from me. They knew why I scheduled the appointment yet I left with all these X-ray s and still having this tooth issue that I called about in October. Beware !!! Your care Your pain may not be important to Aspen Dental

  3. I lost my teeth in 2007/2008. Due to an incident. I had given up on getting dentures. I called got my appointment. My visit was great. The staff and my dentist were wonderful and helpful. I have limited income. I couldn’t get financial help with the cost. I was about to give up. Most places won’t let you make payments. But they didn’t let me give up. They talked with me about a payment plan. Half down, and a payment plan for the other half. So I will be getting my first set of dentures.
    I Thank you all at my dentist office. For not letting me give up. And for cheering me on, [ in a way]. And making me feel better about my self.

  4. I’ve never had a good experience at any dentist, until now. Ive had multiple traumatic dental experiences in the past… and so I shyed away from even stepping foot in any dental office for a decade. I’m still waiting to start my extensive treatment plan, but I am confident that things will go smoothly. Everyone I interacted with at this office was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and kind. The staff is the most judgement free and thorough that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They made everything clear and comfortable as possible. Especially Lindsay! She really took time to explain everything and make sure I was correctly understanding my treatment options. The dental assistant (Vanessa) was incredible as well. I really struggled with anxiety and a horrible gag reflex and she was compassionate and kept me calm effortlessly. The dental hygienist (Nikki) also stood out. But everyone there is wonderful! They all take their time to clearly explain what is happening and needs to happen, which made a huge difference in my anxiety. I adore this place and staff.

  5. This place is horrible. I went to the Millertown location in Knoxville. I set an apt up to discuss having 10 teeth pulled and an upper denture made. I had already been to a dentist that had given me a cost. Being a consumer, I was trying to get more quotes. Better pricing and so on. I had already had a x-ray that I was having emailed over to them but they insisted on me paying out of pocket for an additional x-ray. I had only been there 10-15 mins into this apt and they were telling me I was going to have to reschedule bc my apt time was almost over. They rendered no services for what I set the apt up for. I left with no quote for the work I needed done and I will never go back to any Aspen Dental location. For the ppl that go there, I would suggest finding a new dentist. This place does not care about there patients at all. It’s about the money and that’s it. This company needs to be shut down.

    Great staff , The front desk is so sweet and always welcoming. The hygienist is so sweet and always friendly and makes it comfortable. The dentist also is very friendly and makes sure you’re happy with your visit and always makes sure you get the right treatment for you and not more than you need! I feel they’re always honest and do the best work for their patients 🙂 thank you guys for always being great to my family

    Latosha took her time ensuring I received a precise, but gentle cleaning. She is easy to speak with, relatable & kind. The office is clean and updated with adequate equipment. I felt cared for as a patient and not rushed. Dr Severe explained further treatment well & was personable. A wonderful client experience. Highly recommend.

    They are kindest people. I had broken a tooth and had severe pain and no local dentist. They saw me immediately and rectified the problem quickly. I was relieved and surprised at how reasonable the cost being that the practice is out of network for me. I am extremely grateful for them. Highly recommend.

    Worth driving 2 ½ hours for! After relocating to 2 different states from Knoxville and Cornerstone Dental, we had transferred our dental care. Having been patients there for 11 years, we underestimated how “STATE OF THE ART,” and HONEST Cornerstone providers are. Dr. Dan Anderson, Dr. Kimrey and Joy were sorely missed. It seemed odd that our new dentists (with both new locations) were frequently trying to schedule us, for bogus and unnecessary services. It seemed there priority was how much money they could make off us. On our first visit back to Cornerstone, we knew made the right decision, when my wife needed only a “sealant” on a tooth-instead of a filling. THANK YOU Dr. Kimrey! It is wonderful to be at Cornerstone again after enduring 3 years of “sub par” dentistry elsewhere. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cornerstone because they are an INCREDIBLE, TRUSTWORTHY, and ETHICAL PRACTICE! Cornerstone places your best interests first, and we can’t say enough about how FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL you will be treated. It is great to be back to this AWESOME practice, and they are worth driving the few hours it takes. Thank you Cornerstone!

    I would like to start off by saying how amazing Dr. Murchison is! I was seen by a local aesthetic company for lip filler, a little over a year ago. Unfortunately after 3 botched syringes of Juvederm, and other products unknown to me, dissolving and refilling my experience was not great and I was told “ I Just must be allergic to the products” Dr. Murchison came in and dissolve remaining product still in my lips( 2xs). She did a test spot to verify no negative reaction with Juvederm product, and then worked her magic! Her precaution, and steps to check for allergies made me feel at ease. She had amazing attention to detail, and has a talent of giving lips maximum volume, but making them looks as natural as possible. My experience exceeded my expectations, and she made injections as comfortable as possible. She will forever be my injector for anything cosmetic!! Not only is she a great Dentist, but she she’s great at cosmetic filler! Win win!!!! Thank you Corner Stone Dental, and Dr. Murchison ♥️ attached was precious filler, and then my after results from Dr. Murchison

    Cornerstone was outstanding from the very start. I am a student with not so great dental insurance and had a surprisingly difficult finding a quality dentist that ALSO takes my insurance. Thankfully, Cornerstone has continued to go above and beyond to aid and care for me before, during, and after my appointment. Everyone that I met was delightful and very good at what they do. Some of the people, that influenced my positive experience, were: Cheryl (my hygienist), Chelsea (presented my treatment plan), Tamara (provided insurance/payment options), Marianna (front desk receptionist), and Dr. Williams (my dentist). Lastly, Cornerstone is pretty big (in my opinion) with 7 dentists; But it also didn’t seem like a company that prioritizes money over their patients. My only complaint is that there aren’t many locations, so it’s an inconvenient drive if you don’t live near one.
