  1. I had a really great experience at this office! They are centrally located in Green Hills which is convenient for a quick stop after lunch, school, work etc. They also had a charging station in the waiting area and a freshly lit candle in the bathroom? 10/10 for the vibes. My hygienist was Alex who was fantastic. She was so sweet and walked me through each step as she went and was kind enough to answer all of my questions. She did an excellent job at actually cleaning my teeth as well because I still had glue stuck on the surface of one tooth [from the braces I had in high school] that my other hygienists at different offices did not care to tend to. I felt this was important to mention because it just demonstrates how much the Roach group genuinely cares about the services they are providing. I highly recommend Alex if you’re considering this office! The dentist who examined me was Dr. Cabler. He was thorough, efficient, and also very friendly. I will absolutely be returning for my next visit. Can’t say enough good things!

  2. I came to Roach Family Dentistry for a chiped front tooth. Knowing how important a beautiful smile is to my self esteem, I knew I had to see top of the line Dentists. I saw Dr. Ahmad’s 5 star reviews and made an appointment. Dr. Ahmad’s skills are commendable. His close attention to detail and immaculate aesthetic sense in restoring my front tooth has made my teeth looking even better than before. I can now smile confidently. His Assistants are skillfull, caring and compassionate. The front office staff are super friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad at Roach Family Dentistry.

  3. Had a cleaning today, Charlotte was amazing! Even making me feel welcome coming into the state. I travel for work and its great to meet, kind friendly hospitable workers.   4. This place is fantastic! I went for my initial appointment last week. Every single person was so kind and professional. My hygienist, Charlotte, patiently and knowledgeable answered my 1 million questions. And, Dr. Roach took ample time to check my mouth thoroughly and explain everything is a friendly and respectful way. Plus, the facilities are very clean and inviting. And, they offer a great membership plan. I’m so thankful to have finally found a dental home!

  5. This was my first visit to Roach Family Dentistry. I was very impressed by the place, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
    I was recommended to Dr. Waqas Ahmad and he has to be one of the best dentist around. He is absolutely phenomenal! I went in for replacement of old fillings and Dr. Ahmad did all 4 of them with precision and superb skills. Once my bite was adjusted right there and then, I was good to go. Did not need to come back for more adjustment.
    Thanks Dr. Ahmad for a job well done!
    I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled and gentle dentist. Keep up the good work Doc! I’ll be back to see you whenever I need a dentist.

    By the way I was also served by Hannah, a great hygienist. Did a wonderful job as well!

    Macy was great as a dental assistant She was knowledgeable, personable and caring. Her jovial nature helped me through my experience. Dr. C was also compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled and gentle enough to where I’m considering making him my dentist – me, who does not really like going to the dentist. They both seem to make a great team and the rapport they had helped put me at ease and helped make me feel well taken care of. The office manager is also knowledgeable and helped us navigate the logistics of treatment. All in all, a more pleasant experience than I thought.     I do not recommend going to Emergency Dental. I regret not doing my research but I was in extreme pain. They definitely took advantage of me. Over the phone and website, they said that they took insurance but when I got there, it was cash only. I ended up paying about $1,000.00 buck for an X-ray and failed incomplete root canal. The dentist was nice but my procedure was rushed. He was the only dentist there and there was also other patients so he was in and out of my procedure room. Definitely a lot of red flags. Now I am also worried about the cleanliness of the tools and the gloves. I am definitely going to get tested to make sure. After everything was done, I was told to come back in two weeks for the second half of my root canal. After the anesthesia wore off, I was still in extreme pain so I went to another dental facility to get an extraction. Luckily, Emergency Dental was closed the next day cause I might of went back to them to fix the issue because I paid so much money already but knowing them, they would have charged me full price so I’m glad that I did not go back and I will not ever go back again. I am writing this review so other people do not have to go through the experience that I have been through and please do your research before choosing a dental facility.

    Very disappointing experience. Kind of traumatizing, actually. Made appointment night before for treatment of severe tooth ache. Arrived after two-hour drive to find a strange run-down location with sign on locked door saying, “Call this number to be let in.” A strange added unwelcome thing to encounter in the cold morning and in an excruciating pain. Once in, the waiting room was very cold and the reception person, Jessica, was perfunctory from the start: telling me to do all my paperwork, including scan driver’s license on my phone. When I asked if I they had paper forms, that it’s very difficult to read and complete the six pages of small-type paperwork on my phone, I was told, “We’re a paperless office.” Despite the pain I was in, things were so odd that I became suspicious. The locked door, the bad info we’d been given over the phone, “Yes, we take dental insurance,” then being told on arrival that the scheduling service is in another state and,” No, we don’t take dental insurance,” the defensiveness of the staff…it all began to feel like a front for making money off of people in pain. Wish I’d read the reviews before making an appointment, but when you’re in pain, it’s hard to be thorough. I left, despite my pain and despite thinking there was nowhere else on a Saturday. But my wife Googled and found Stein Dental Care. We made an appt. for noon. The were fantastic: clean, professional, kind, affordable. Highly recommend. I do want to apologize for this review. I often think it better to say nothing if you have nothing positive to say. But I do believe reviews are important in this age where appearance on the web can be deceptive. I apologize too to Jessica, the office manager at Emergency Dental. It’s a hard job to work for such a place, I’m sure. I think she was doing her best to be nice, despite having little resources for kindness from distant corporate offices. I’m sorry if I voiced my disappointment, wariness, and pain rudely–with my own paucity of kindness.

    Came here for very bad pain in my wisdom teeth. They were quick and very professional. Everyone I saw was knowledgeable and respectful. The doctor was fantastic and removed my wisdom teeth within 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place to all!

    This place is truly horrible. The staffs are friendly, and helpful I have the give them that. But the owner business practice is shady. They told me on the phone that they take insurance and indeed asked for insurance information. When I got the clinic, I had to pay $95 for exam out of pocket, $385 for filling and $1940 for a crown, which I declined to commit and left. Two days later, my insurance notified me that they filed a claim DESPITE the fact they repeatedly told me they don’t take insurance and yet still filed for insurance claim. Very shady business practice. DO NOT use them. Response: you DONT take insurance because you’re after hour clinic, yet you still bill the insurance??! Make that makes sense

    Archie Bertrand has been dealing with my teeth for some time. He and his nurses are wonderful. The partial I now have is perfect. Last weekend my front cap came off. Monday morning I went unannounced to Walk In Dentist and Archie cemented my cap back place. Great people!

    Just finished my appointment and I have to say this is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He’s such a kind soul and makes you feel right at home and his staff is just the absolute best. Seriously wish I could give 10* because they are truly that awesome!! The “dental assistant” was phenomenal. I put that in quotes because she is better than a dental assistant. I honestly thought she was also a dentist. Just a great Dentist and staff. Will be seeing Dr Bertrand for years to come!

    I was in so much pain I could not hold my head up!! My husband called them because they were first on the Google search list. They were so sweet! They asked how quickly could he have me there. And I was there in 5 minutes and had hardly no wait time even though I was a new patient!! Dr. Bertrand saw the pain I was in and immediately said he wanted to give me a little anesthesia so I could relax. It was a great caring visit from a wonderful staff. He even referred me and set up my appointment with one of his favorite oral surgeons!! I’m so thankful for his help and his staffs kindness!! Yall are all amazing there!!!
