First, the address on the website and google is wrong, so I drove to the wrong place, and by the time I drove to the correct location, I was about a minute “late”. That didn’t matter though, because when I got there, NO ONE was there. There was a truck running outside, but the door was locked and no one answered when I rang the doorbell. After a few minutes of being confused if this was event the correct entrance (there is a sign outside the door with an arrow pointing to nothing…) someone came to the door and told me they didn’t know where she was, they were looking for her too. So I called all the phone numbers I could find, with no one answering, sent an email and a few texts to those numbers too. After about 10 minutes I left. 2 HOURS later, I get a text back apologizing. 2 HOURS I waited for a response. So unacceptable. How are they this hard to contact? Why would you send confirmations about the appointment if you are not even going to show up? Her excuse was that the appointment slipped her mind…By Chelsea Donovan (7 months ago)Opel is TOP NOTCH! I made an appointment, received confirmation requests the day before (which I confirmed) and on the day of my appointment, no one was there. I arrived on time and rang the door bell and knocked a few times. I then waited in my car for 10 minutes to see if someone would eventually come open the door, but no one did. It’s unfortunate because I’m a former client of Opel’s and she really is good at what she does. But I don’t take kindly to my time being wasted. I skipped my lunch so that I can leave work early to make my appointment. Several years ago I went to Dr Fortson in misery. Psoriasis is painful when you’re covered. She and her staff found the best medical solution for me and my disease is managed so well I only have to remember I have it when an injection is due. Dr Fortson is kind. She is direct and doesn’t sugar coat. I appreciate that so much. Her staff are so kind and encouraging. They celebrate healing with their patients. Ten out of five stars!!!
