  1. This facility is top of the line with the best amenities. It is located in a great area and is very clean, modern but traditional as well and in all the right ways. The food is AMAZING!! The chef is so good and personally serves you. Hot chocolate is made from scratch just like the rest of the food. They have a great staff system with awesome nurses. Aspen Creek also has a spa with manicures and pedicures as well as hair coloring, perming and cutting which is a plus. This facility isn’t just a location for seniors. They bring the community and people into their lives through their programs designed to help their seniors live a full and happy life. Every time I have been there the staff have been friendly and helpful.

  2. From the moment we entered the beautiful foyer and were greeted so warmly we knew we had found my mom’s new home. She unfortunately has dementia, so this has been a very difficult process. We had so many questions and concerns, but all were put to rest by the Aspen Creek team. From Kendall in administration, to Michaela running the show at the reception desk, and all the wonderful caregivers throughout the “facility” (I hate that word because it sounds so impersonal and institutional- the exact opposite of Aspen Creek), it’s been wonderful. Everyone knows everyone’s name! There are regular activities planned, (thank you to all the activity coordinators and helpers!) and anytime I drop in, there is always something going on. My mom keeps very busy. The staff tell me she thinks she works there!😊 And she hasn’t let me know that she’s ready to submit her resignation, so I think all is well on her end! This is the perfect home for her, and a relief for all of us.

  3. My aunt has been in Aspen Creek Senior living for a few months now and we have had a great experience there. The facility is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They are very caring and responsive to us and are taking great care of her.

  4. Aspen is a wonderful place to be. They have great caregivers that they call Carepartners and amazing office staff. They are very open and easy to talk to. They have activities for the residents on the daily! The awesome activity gals really are great convincing residents to have some fun. Then they even have a memory care that is a locked unit for loved ones suffering from Alzheimer’s & Dementia. The carepartners are specifically trained in taking care of loved ones with dementia and they do such an amazing job. I highly recommend Aspen if you are considering putting your loved one!

  5. Aspen Creek is a home away from home, when you need it the most.
    The staff was wonderful to work with, always taking time to answer questions. The nurses and care-givers are kind and compassionate, they knew her by name and treated her with respect and dignity.
    Not only is this place beautiful but the residents have fun outings and activities to attend.
    Also, this is the cleanest facility I have ever been to.
    My mother lived there until her passing.
    I highly recommend Aspen Creek.

    The people managing this property were great! Especially Angelica, who I mostly worked with. They were on top of the paperwork, helped me get what I needed from my current landlord at the time, kept me up to date and were very communicative. I also really like my new place. The apartment complex has guest parking scattered throughout, the building itself is nice, and I love the balcony and fireplace!

    As a former long term resident I give my experience with the management of Wildwood Estates a 0 out of 5 star rating. Very poor communication. Very unprofessional. We were given every possible charge for move out without receiving a 25% percent discount due to being a long term resident. Our resident manager missed an appointment without any communication and were not given a re-scheduled appointment. We were charged for stretching the carpet in a hallway (which would have been normal wear and tear because absolutely nothing heavy or excessive was dragged across this area of the house. We were charged for 4 hrs. of “touch-up paint”. As a former professional painter, a roller touch-up job would take an hr. at most. I cannot be more excited to have no more dealings with this rental place.

    A stark unattractive all white building with absolutely no architectural refinement, stuck in the middle of one of Anchorage’s most attractive older neighborhoods. I don’t know who the architecture on this building is but it’s a real disappointment. About the only interesting feature is the entranceway and you can’t even see that from the street. The landscaping is poor and after two years it’s still not even completed. From a neighborhood standpoint, this project is a big nothing. I wish they’d bring back the trailer park! It may have been rundown and unattractive but at least it wasn’t a ugly three story eyesore. And I could cut through to Baxter without having to drive on Tutor.
