Very good location if you’re looking to get laser hair removal… Very professional and accommodating! It was a mix up with my location of service when I originally made an appointment and the staff helped me a lot by squeezing me in last minute. My nurse was also very friendly and welcoming.. made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend getting services here!
I went into ideal image with the interest in getting laser hair removal and botox treatments. The aesthetic consultant Kiana eased all doubts and or concerns right off that bat – she was incredibly helpful, very warm and inviting in which made me very comfortable and open to anything she recommended. Without her I wouldn’t have purchased my packages to look as good and feel as confident as I do now!
My overall experience with Ideal Image hasn’t been as pleasant as I would have liked to say. The staff is always changing every time I visit the same facility and their rules, systems, & policies are also constantly changing.
What is now required just to book a touch up/follow up appointment is just too much and they never can get you in within a timely manner, it’s always a 2 or 3 months delay.
The new text technology is obnoxiously annoying by sending several text reminders from the day you book an appointment up to the day of your appointment in an effort to reduce missed appointments but not everyone needs 30 text messages to remind them of an appointment.
My actual visit was fine and the staff in place the day of the appointment were extremely nice and worked with me without any hassles…. That was very much appreciated.
My experience was very disappointing. My areas for hair removal amounted to $7000. I completed my scheduled treatments and am highly dissatisfied. Not only is there hair in places I didn’t have before, I have slight scarring and the hair has grown back. I wish I would’ve educated myself better before signing to this commitment. I wouldn’t be so upset if they didn’t charge for touchups after the plan is finished. It’s a complete ripoff to have to pay any additional money for hair that keeps growing back. I escalated my concerns to management and they basically had the attitude of “oh well”. Corporate never called me back to discuss a solution. This is a overpriced and overrated company that gives piss poor results.
Torie was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and a great conversationalist. She made me feel comfortable and wanted me to understand exactly what I was doing in the results that I could expect. Customer service unmatched. Thanks!
