  1. I have been coming here for four years and I’ve always had good experiences but todays service was above any service I’ve had. I walked in was immediately greeted, sat down for 1 minute then Shannon called me back. She introduced herself and asked about what I wanted (I was very nervous, my last 2 times hurt pretty bad) she talked to me through everything and I can’t believe how painless this experience was! I will only be seeing her moving forward, she’s absolutely amazing! 💉💋

  2. I absolutely 100% recommend Ideal Image, Towson. This is only the second time I have been here, for my lips. I did not think it was possible to be treated better than I was the last time I came,
    but i was very wrong! Everyone here is absolutely amazing. They treat you like you are family here! They are very professional and make sure to take their time, instead of rushing you out the door, to make sure everything looks perfect!

  4. The staff is friendly and it is always clean and welcoming there. I use the Towson location. All of the technicians that have worked on me have been friendly and nice. Natasha is my favorite, she is super sweet and very accommodating.

  5. I initially came in for Ultherapy, and got treatment from Ann. I have NEVER had anything done to my face before so I had a lot of questions. She was more than patient and kind with me, and very quickly put me at ease. After some conversation, I also decided to get botox (also 1st time) on some trouble areas that weren’t very flattering, and was taken care of by Sara. She was just as informative as Ann, patient and kind and was able to answer all the questions that I had. I would highly recommend this facility, as they have outstanding client care.

    I’ve been waxing for a little over a year now and I felt more comfortable with Katie than any other esthetician I’ve been to. She’s incredibly kind and doesn’t make you feel awkward at all. She really did an amazing job too, of course. She makes it quick, yet somehow much less painful than waxes I’ve had in the past. I love this whole establishment as they’ve always had very welcoming and inclusive energy.

    Kamani I was very professional. With it being my first experience she took the time to explain the process to me, which really ease my mind because I was nervous. I have to say there was no pain involved at all. I enjoyed the fact that she friendly and not a quiet mouth technician. I loved that greed me with a smile and the smile said to the moment we departed ways in the lobby. She truly deserves a 10 rating.

    I’ve been going to European wax for over three years. I finally met a technician who made me feel comfortable and took their time when removing my body hair. Katie so far is the best technician that I have dealt with professionally. I highly advise that if you need a good technician please ask for Katie.

    I was finally convinced to make my first appointment for a Brazilian and heard great things about Kamani through a friend so, I made sure to book with her. She made the experience worth it—very efficient and attentive throughout the process. Felt comfortable and was distracted from feeling too much pain that I’d definitely come back!

    Ideal Image Canton is one of my favorite locations. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the sweetest guest service associates. They are always smiling and are so nice. Both times I went to this location I was offered water or something to drink as I waited for my nurse. As for my appointment: I cannot give enough praise to Nurse Katie. She is so thorough, knowledgeable, and nice. I was scheduled for the BBL photo facial and had little expectations to see results from the first appointment. After hearing about this treatment from varying people, I assumed I had to complete a series of three facials before seeing results. That simply is not true. I received my first BBL photo facial mid January and my skin looks so clear! I don’t even wear face makeup anymore. I wake up, wash my face, put on my moisturizer and SPF with a little mascara and am out the door. I did not even know the BBL photo facial eliminated the little red veins around your nose! My expectations were to lighten a few freckles that surfaced from prior sun damage. I was wrong in the best way!! I cannot wait for my next BBL photo facial treatment with Nurse Katie

    It’s always a warm welcome as you step into the Canton Ideal Image, I always grab a small bottle of water before my treatment and then make myself comfortable. Katie has done two of my treatments and she has to be the most superb laser hair removal tech she’s also super nice and really cares about customer service.

    I absolutely don’t regret making the drive to Canton to get cheek filler. The entire experience was great from the two front desk girls to my providers! Katie did my filler and it turned out AMAZING. She was so professional, gentle, and made my face so much more symmetrical and plump! Highly recommend this location and Katie for filler!
