  2. Not satisfied! Went back for the touch up the color is Gray he went too deep now I have a permanent scar over my eyebrow. When I went back to show him his job he said it’s because of the way my eyebrows sits on my forehead🙄😡 I think he should have accommodated me better than that.$$450 plus tips I am so disappointed.
    I wish I can show pictures.

I was just there yesterday customer service was ok when I came in,but my reason I’m giving them a low score is the lady that did my threading was really rough threading she even broke her string while working on my eyebrows she didn’t even apologize. She also left a lot of burns for going in so harsh. It was my first time in this location. I will probably not come back again.

    Unprofessional office. I had an appointment and came 10 minutes late. The doctor is already gone. It took me an hour to get there because of the traffic and an accident, I called but their phone is attached to a fax machine. When i arrived I was sent back because the doctor left. Not even 4:30. Will never come back and i called my primary to complain about horrible customer service and unprofessional act.

    I’ve been going here for about two years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I travel a lot and have gone to many different locations (which makes the membership super nice to have) but when I’m home I always see Tiffany and she’s still the best aesthetician I’ve ever gone to.
