- Reviews:My experience was excellent today, I really enjoyed the nurse that assisted me in my session. It was my mistake as I forgot to ask her, her name as I was leaving. So I cannot share it with y’all which I do apologize for. I found her to be very thorough, attentive, considerate and provided a great quality of service and was just an overall pleasant individual. So much so, I have specifically scheduled with her for my next appointment. Her level of service is excellent and that’s my preference. I am truly enjoying my experiences at Ideal Image Woodlands/ Kroger location. A very pleasant host of an all women staff always smiling, makes for a very comfortable and familiar space. Than not soon after the nurse specialist called me back. She explained and talked me threw what to do and to expect. Very helpful with my questions and concerns. My only issues is you have upped the prices of items such as Botox to $10/unit unless you buy 100 units and I don’t feel like that is fair to your members especially the younger clientele who do 20 or less units because our cost has gone up. I was told I would be charged 50$ if I no showed but other than that I wouldn’t have to pay anything until afterwords. After talking to the representative on the phone and having her “explain everything to me” I changed my mind on having the procedure done because i wasn’t ready to commit to it. They told me even if I wasn’t having the procedure done I still needed to pay the 675$. The company put my name on a credit card and it was charger even after cancellation. I went religiously for one year, strictly following instructions. I had my entire face contracted for what was assured to be success. I tipped generously at each session based on retail charges. My explanation at the end of treatment was “Oops, sometimes is doesn’t work out.” Would have been nice to know this at the beginning of my treatment. No refunds given. No comparable services offered. I have been coming here regularly for over 6 months and have been seeing Tameka. She does a wonderful job and it’s relatively low pain due to her techniques. She is personable and makes me feel super comfortable. Highly recommend!!! I won’t go anywhere else.
I have been coming to this location for a few years now. My waxing specialist is Emerald and she is simply the best. She makes the process go by so fast and easy. I would recommend anyone to book with her if you’re interested in doing your Brazilian wax. I can’t say enough good things about her. Love this location and everyone there is always super nice 🙂
I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this salon! Even the tweezers were in the sanitizing solution. No other place I’ve been to was this clean! The staff was friendly and kind! Bre did a great job on our brows!!! We loved out experience and will be back again!!
I have been going here many years. In the last several months I have been using Korinne and she did a very thorough job, took her time and makes sure you are happy with her work. She pays attention to details and makes you very comfortable during the services. I would recommend.
