I have read all the reviews. We have lived here for over a year. We have never had a major issue with the staff. The maintenance is always on time and very polite. The grounds by the building we are in have always stayed maintained and cleaned. Far as living here. We love it and I do recommend it. It has been the best decision of our life. We are so satisfied. Your deliveries are always safe with concierge and you get an email telling you when your package is available. 24 hr access to your package.By John Martinez (5 months ago)I was visiting a friend who lives at Whispering Pines Ranch and when we walked in the front office Ivan greeted us and although I was not a resident there he made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was impressed with how the property was kept up and how professional Ivan was. I live in a complex in Houston and have never been treated with the professionalism Ivan demonstrated. The staff is to be commended for the care of it’s residents and the facility. We looked at several facilities before choosing The Watermere and couldn’t be happier. They work with the family members to make sure all goes well for the family member who is the resident . The facility is exceptionally clean and well kept. It is a very safe environment. For those residents that no longer drive they have a bus which takes them to the grocery store, Dr. appointments, Walmart and field trips. There are many activities which the residents can participate in and they can socialize with one another in one of many common areas including where the meals are served. If you are considering a place for yourself or your loved one look no further. Go to The Watermere at Woodland Lakes and see for yourself. My girls and I love it here! The management and maintenance team are fantastic and very responsive.
Montfair is also zoned to amazing schools from The woodlands which it is a plus for us!
It is also close to a bunch of restaurants nearby that comes very handy.
Safe and Family friendly community with the woodlands bike trails and parks nearby.
My family and I have thurally enjoyed living in Montfair At The Woodlands.
Our neighbors are considerate of each other. The complex is kept clean.
Management is so nice and professional.
Living in Montfair from 2017 to date is a very nice experience. My family has found a true home. All the staff are very nice and help you to resolve any situation quickly in your apartment.
Last year was horrible when the little girl got traumatized. I pray that the little girl jet justice and they pay. All management and staff was replaced with new ones. The new ones have no clue what they are doing, they are still learning. They say one thing but do the complete opposite. The only reason I am still here is because I do not want to start the whole apartment process all over. It is hard to contact corporate however keep trying because it is possible. One thing for sure they have a high turnover of evictions going on at this time. Parents if you do decide to live here keep all doors locked, keep your children close and guns loaded.
Montfair at the Woodland is a nice and safe place to live. There are many amenities to enjoy, and the staff is grate. I have lived here for 6 years now and I have been mostly satisfied.
