Very nice clean & stocked store. I wish there were more employees to serve customers at the register. They have many registers & only a few people working them. Can’t really blame covid now, but then again people just don’t want to work anymore. Sad.
Overall, still a good experience.
The store is not well organized. The men’s jeans area needed tidying. Different areas are not clearly labeled. But… checkout moved smoothly even with long lines. They added cashiers quickly.
I used to be a big Kohl’s shopper, but the last few times I’ve been in, I’ve been shocked to see what it has become. I shopped in the children’s shoes and women’s shoes sections. The boxes weren’t organized well, the whole section was very untidy. There also was a lack of inventory for women’s size 9 athletic shoes. Many of the electronic tags didn’t work either so not easy to find prices. So I didn’t buy any. And walked past the clearance shoes and it was worse.
I needed to buy a spatula so I went to that section. The OXO brand had so many empty racks. No OXO spatulas. What was there was disorganized and items on the floor.
I needed a Magic Bullet, but that was also not available.
So they had none of the items I came in for (and please don’t tell me to look and order online…there are stores for a reason and I should be able to find what I want at a store just as easily as online).
As I passed other sections, I noticed more clutter. Wrinkled clothing hanging on racks. Things in the aisle ways. Kohl’s used to be such a nice store. Now it looks a mess and like a discount store everyone has rummaged through but without the good discounts.
The lady that did my nails did an amazing job she designed my sister’s too. I don’t know her name she is definitely the best. She free hand designed them.
Store is clean. Slightly annoying that you can only enter through one set of doors.
The only thing that I really wasn’t impressed with is that all of their clothing is crop tops and high waist jeans. While I understand it is the current trend, I dont think that should be the only style of clothing there is
