  1. Flamin A Dragon was really good. I don’t usually like warm/cooked rolls but this one was fire. And the B52 with the lemon in it was refreshing

  2. Service is great. Sitting at the sushi bar, you have your chef and servers checking on you often.

    Food:
    Green tea is weak.
    Miso soup was decent.
    Salad- they should retire that and offer a traditional salad.
    10 piece chef choice: rice is not the best, selections of the 10 piece choice could have been better.

    They did not have UNI when asked.

    I would go back for sushi only if I need a quick fix but would not go back if I wanted quality sushi. The bar was not filled with a lot of sushi selections, so for the quality of fish I got, not too happy about it. 5 out of 10.

    3 star because of the quality of food.

  3. I don’t recommend you go to Soho sushi at all, I ordered 3 rolls today. I really didn’t like the service because I didn’t understand what the manager was saying with accents. When I asked for (extra ginger) and (extra chopsticks) to be brought to me. Because when I saw how much ginger lay there, I was speechless, there was nothing, I was shocked, for what they charge money. And she still refused me. And when I asked about ginger. She said that you have to pay for it, although before it was free and a lot. I don’t like the service now because they charge more money for nothing and the atmosphere is very terrible.

  4. My daughter goes to Soho Sushi often I just happened to choose this sushi appetizer and had no idea that it tastes like my favorite from Mikuni with a different name. Soho has 7 Heaven and Mikuni has Puff Daddy. I love them both. Soho I will be back for more . 🙃😋

  5. Nice place for lunch. They have lunch specials if you are interested. Otherwise, ordering from the full menu is fine too.

    I ordered a 3 entree plate with string bean chicken, and shrimp. The string bean chicken tasted old and clabbery for it to have been ordered at 11:15am THIS MORNING!!!! The rice and the string bean chicken taste like old oil and what’s worse is that I bit into a piece of refrigerated cold chicken!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 and the food in general was just not at all fresh!!! Very disappointing for my first time eating here! If you look at other panda locations I have been to in the past ordering the same thing, there is a big difference in photos!!! Update: 3/15/23 – I came back for dinner and the food was COMPLETELY different than what I had weeks prior!! You can also see the difference in pictures!

    When I want Chinese food now, Panda Express is where I go. This was a clean and friendly restaurant. The employees even gave me a scoop of the fresh Beijing beef entree without me asking for it. Everything tasted delicious and satisfied my Chinese food craving. Not a great date spot since there’s nothing to do in the area except grab a bite to eat. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

    My first time to this location. Got family meal which is not going to be enough for the family of four. Unlike other locations this place was quite stingy in packing those boxes and none of them were filled all the way. Every loosely filled. Quite disappointed.

    Per the name, you should get sushi here. Based on my standards, the sushi here is a tad expensive per roll but overall there is good flavor. The sashimi tasted fresh. The specialty rolls had amazing presentation that wasn’t too pretentious. The waiter was a great help and gave us great suggestions. Highly recommend coming in a group to get a wide variety of rolls.

    when we’ve ordered take out before I was surprised how big the sushi is and it was really good. Then we dine in and the food is really good. Will be coming back again. Try it out.

    The place was nice, very big but not a lot of people there at the time. The food took a long time and we both ordered the lunch special so it shouldn’t have, especially when people came in after us got served before us, but our waitress was hiding so this other guy helped us out. All in all it was good and we will probably go again.

    This sushi restaurant is the top sushi restaurant in Sacramento. I’ve tried most of them and Samurai has the best balance of price, portion, and quality. It also boasts something that most other places cannot, and that is consistency. Samurai Sushi is always on point and you never have to wonder whether you will leave happy or disappointed. All the staff here are extremely friendly and do everything they can to make your experience pleasant. I highly recommend this place to any sushi lovers.

    Small portions, high prices and a rude hostess. She told me I couldn’t have a fork and chop sticks so I had to choose. The teriyaki was ok but not worth the $20 price tag. The hostess was just simply rude so I will definitely not be spending anymore money in there
