What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Very rude staff, zero empathy for sensitive issues, just outdated conservative thinking. Wouldn’t recommend going there to anyone who wants to be treated kindly.
Really embarrassing these people should really be ashamed to work with such employees in such a job!
Wouldn’t give a star if that were possible.

  2. Great pharmacy. Perfect location on Sachsenallee, they always have everything you need or at least can order it. Advice has always been great so far, there is no time pressure or stress even if you ask a lot/ there are many customers. I also think it’s very good that service is also available in other languages. As far as I can tell, at least one employee speaks Russian. I can only recommend

  3. Actually, I was always impressed by the service and expertise of the pharmacy staff. However, I had to make a violent and bitter experience today. My concern was to purchase a paracetamol or a fever juice. The pharmacist asked me if it was for a child or an adult. Honestly I replied that it is for an adult. The gruff quote of the lady; “I won’t give you that, it’s for children!” and handed me ibuprofen in powder form. Astonished at what had happened, I explained matter-of-factly that I was NOT asking about Ibupfofen, but about fever reducers in juice form. I will probably know what I need!
“I won’t give you fever medicine, we don’t have enough of it, we only give it to children” – was the slightly annoyed and completely unprofessional answer of the specialist staff. I replied that the person concerned is severely demented and freshly after a stroke with a pronounced paresis and a swallowing disorder (every expert must be very clear at the moment that there is an acute risk of aspiration with this clinical picture, this is extremely life-threatening). After my monologue, the lady, completely unperturbed, continued to hand me the ibuprofen powder!

Then all I had to do was go!

Medicines were not rationed like this even in the days of the GDR. Incredibly inhuman behavior, zero empathy, no interest in people’s needs! I am appalled! People are classified according to their worthiness, totalitarian and abusive of power, a clear crossing of boundaries!
Dear middle aged employee with glasses and short blond hair – if you don’t like working as a pharmaceutical clerk – or whatever you are – FIND SOMEONE ELSE! You clearly CANNOT work with people, especially people in dire straits. Even the fact that the patient might be in the process of dying did not move you at all. Your partition has had more of my tears than they are capable of feeling.
    Absolutely absurd!
In the future I will definitely avoid your pharmacy because of the inhumane and despotic treatment.

  4. So far we have always been very satisfied with the service there…until today. We wanted to buy a remedy for vomiting, which we have often gotten there. The pharmacist said she would first have to read up on the internet whether this remedy is at all suitable in a pregnancy. Ultimately, the drug was not sold to us and even the colleague from whom we had also already purchased the drug said that we would not get the drug. It’s nice to know that gynecologists and hospitals seem to have no idea what to prescribe to pregnant women and what not to. Thank you very much, but you lost 2 loyal customers today.
p.s. on previous visits to this pharmacy the service was much more competent and friendly

You drag yourself there very badly, seriously ill, but the antibiotics are said not to be available and cannot be ordered. But it got even bolder that I should line up with the doctor again and have another medication prescribed?? How long should the game go if the new drug wasn’t there either? Do they even consider whether you have to pay attention to compatibility with other medications? I understand there is a lack of professionals everywhere, but it’s a shame to be turned away like that! By the way, 100m away I got my medication immediately without any problems!

My husband and I went to the Polymed pharmacy in the Yorck area today to get our vaccination certificates. The overall impression of the salesroom conveys light, space and air, i.e. a very pleasant feeling. Customer service is very quick and you don’t stand your ground. We were served by Mrs. Wagner, who accepted our request to issue the vaccination certificates with a lot of arrangement and with pleasant friendliness. Ultimately, she had saved the certificates on our cell phones in no time at all. We were in this pharmacy for the first time today and it will certainly not be the last time. Based on our current experience, we can really recommend this pharmacy.

I would like a bag of “Please what” I would like a bag of “Please what” I would like a bag of “Please what” that’s no problem, I know that I’m quiet and now it’s very difficult to understand me because of the mask. But what I can’t understand is that the colleague looks at her colleague nods her head and the pharmacist then says to me she doesn’t have any and after I said I’ll pay for what I would have done anyway. This is very close to discrimination and should something like this happen again against the ban on arbitrary actions, I will file a motion against the ban on arbitrary actions that you violated today. Making such a drama with a bag is just as cheeky as the fact that they offer delivery and I have to discuss the fact that I would like it delivered, even if I don’t pay an additional payment, it doesn’t mean that the pharmacy doesn’t make a living from it, just like the masks they sell which is free against a voucher is a cheek

I went there yesterday with a green prescription. There were three employees in all. Two were talking to customers and I came to the third. They simply gave me the medication and wanted to cash in immediately. She didn’t tell me if there was anything to watch out for, how much to take or anything. When I asked her, she responded snippy and monosyllabic. I won’t go there again. I go to a pharmacy because of the competent and friendly advice, otherwise I could also buy it online.

Very friendly and nice staff there. However, it is always absolutely full until lunchtime. Sometimes you have to wait outside until it is your turn because of the rush of customers. Had that twice now.

Absolutely not recommended as a test center! Very painful test, carried out without feeling, stabbed right up to the tear duct, reprimand for reflex action (raised hand), pain still after one day! Apparently a person is assigned to the task against their will, which is then left out on the customers. It’s a shame because we live nearby, but we’ll never test here again! The pharmacy itself and the sales staff are well sorted and friendly. M.Summer
