  1. I work here i love my job we clean the store every day we do our best to keep it up…we clean some customers put it back on the floor…its never a dull moment…photos of how recovery look every night

  2. New mechandise is placed in the middle of aisles so its difficult to reach items on shelves. Cashiers are obnoxiously loud and vulgar. No one answers the phone. Hours of operation are independent from corporate listing.

Omg only in Baltimore will you see things that are so unbelievable if you told someone about it they wouldn’t even believe you. the only reason they get one star and not zero is because the people were at least polite but the shelves are empty oh my goodness I should have taken pictures because it is unbelievable how there is absolutely nothing in this store. I came here last week and the shelves were empty I was expecting that they wouldn’t be by now. I don’t know whose fault it is that this is an empty store but somebody is definitely to blame and doesn’t look like they are being held accountable for anything this is so ghetto. I’m glad I already knew to sit in my car in the parking lot for 20 minutes because I’m sure they were not going to open on time. This is a shame and it’s sad thing about it is no one is ashamed. They just act like everything is normal when there’s actually no reason to be open when the store is empty. I’ve never been to a dollar store this terrible in my entire life… by far the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. Seriously somebody should most certainly have lost their job over this..

  5. Can’t understand why this store would close early on a Saturday with the excuse being that they had to put away stock from a delivery!! Shouldn’t they do that after hrs..??!! Not the 1st time this happened & it’s really inconvenient & frustrating ( especially around the 1st wk of the month !!) This problem needs addressing ASAP!! For the most part, the cashiers are usually friendly, but the store needs to be enlarged cause it’s too small for the amount of people in the neighborhood!!

    It was good ,all the employees were nice to me. I definitely like this store better since new management took over. Cuz the last worker’s was a hot mass now I go in the store all the time. I’m so glad they aren’t there anymore.

    If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worse, dirtiest, unorganized store I’ve ever seen. They don’t even have an appropriate open time. What makes it worse is all the way up to the regional manager has no control.

    Under new management…doing everything possible to ensure customer safety and reducing theft. They are doin much better and the effort is notable.

    Inconvenient drive! The official website states that this locations opens at 8am, I arrived at 8:40am and the worker was inside stocking, doors were locked, when asked (through the door) what time they were going to open, he shrugged and continued to stock. There was no signage or anything on the door indicating closure. Lack of customer service.

    Straight up Trifling. Terrible Customer Service. How do you let people shop in the store purchase over at $25 and up tell them you have no bags and no change. The change they kept from dozens or more should have been enough to buy some damn bags. My items were well over $60. I was doing my shopping for the month… detergent paper goods healthcare etc. Even saw items I knew were cheaper there than a grocery store which was my next stop. When I saw – heard people complaining. I took out the extras. The man in front of me total came to $20.75 they automatically kept his 25 cent he laughed and walked out My total came to $61.79 … Cashier looked at me and said I don’t have any pennies … I gave her $100 I said ok … she gave me $38.20 …. I had just watched and heard her say I AINT GOT NO CHANGE. I had to take my 20 items in my arms to the handicapped parking space with my Service Dog. Two trips would have been three but a Nice lady had a extra reusable bag in her car. God Bless Her!! God help the little rude lady employee that was sticking and breaking down boxes. I saw her put a box behind the counter so I asked if she had any more still together or even broken down She looked at me and said I’m not sure. Little dusty made no effort to find out yep I said dusty her attitude was ratchet totally poor unprofessional customer service. I wonder how much the register was over and … I will ride up to York Rd before I see DG Greenmount again. Apologies no editing it would be longer smdh
