  1. This is the best Ross in Honolulu! For real, it’s got kids clothes, kids toys and back to school supplies. The women’s section for shoes & clothes is massive…and that doesn’t even scratch the surface of the 2nd floor!

    Upstairs is mens, furniture and everything in between. The staff celebrate sales where they get donations for helping kids get back to school supplies over the loudspeaker.

  2. One of the biggest locations I have ever visited. Staff was nice and friendly, each time one of them saw you, they spoke. Overall good vibe unlike some of the other locations on the island. Found some really good deals! A must visit if you are in Waikiki!

  3. Ross Waikiki = 2 levels & 🅿 here. One of over a dozen stores. Brand names, end of season, surplus stocks of EVERYTHING here. Men’s, women’s, kids, luggage, jewellery, electronics.
    There is no guarantee all sizes available, so it is very much a treasure hunt.
    In my experience, rarely are the same items in the other stores. So if you see something you like, grab it. It will not last long.
    Huge stock turnover.
    Fresh items daily.

  4. Today they had the amazing discount which was impressive but my review is about the lady manager there. She has her friends & family shopping and taking everything they want and telling the other customers to “share” but not her friends. She even opened the register herself for them this morning. I understand that you know I’m advance about these discounts but you were very obvious today taking their side. It’s not just me that noticed, several people noticed that too. The manager should be fair and not take her friends side.

  5. This place is not too bad if you want cheap casual clothes. Came in here as I had a shortage of lightweight short sleeve shirts

    Best Ross I’ve been in yet! Selection, prices very low, sizes available, staff friendly and helpful. Store clean and organized.

    Great Ross location, with two floors of shopping, lots of product variety, and frequent restocking. My only gripe is that the lines tend to be much longer here than at other Ross locations but there’s still only at most two cashiers at a time.

    Their customer service is horrible. Long check out lines EVERYTIME you shop here and they never ever apologize or evem seem to bother that people are waiting in long lines. Terrible management! They need to do something in how they address their customers too. Often come off as rude and care less about you shopping there.

    Fitting room has not the best service, there was no line and a long time to wait till they count the clothes and i could go inside the fitting room with my wife cuz she said it female room there were no signs that it was woman only, there were doors in the fitting room so there would be privacy for all, after i was asking to enter with my wife that there is no sings posted at all she said i will call for security i just asked 2 questions for here till she pulled out the security card on me, i didn’t try to prove anying after the 2 question i asked so i waited outside the room cuz i could understand what she was telling me till she telling me except I’m calling security.
