  1. This store constantly closes at random times. It’s either closed randomly in the morning closed randomly in the afternoon or closed randomly early at night. It’s been like that well over 6 to 8 months now. Please just close the location so another vendor who actually wants to service the community can open up. Please. I shouldn’t have to drive an extra five or 6 miles and there’s a dollar store next-door to me.

  2. Nothing on the shelf to buy. I asked cashier did they have any tussue in the back she told me there was 1.00 tissue and that was it. I left and went to family dollar won’t be shopping at this store again there’s nothing on the shelf to buy its a wonder they are even in business, and not to mention there’s always one person in the store no matter what time you go.

  3. I’m just getting off work and needed to grab a few things for dinner. The sign says open from 8am-10pm everyday….I get to the door and it’s locked at 5:59pm. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! BTW, ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED 🤬

  4. Ok, I wrote the initial review about 8 months ago and I was told by corporate that this situation wouldn’t happen again BUT it did, SEVERAL TIMES. I’m not sure what’s the problem but it’s so INCONVENIENT when you have to grab something before work and the store that should be open at 8 am is closed and it’s well after 8 am. I understand things happen and people may be running late but not ALL the time. Please resolve this issue b/c its repetitive and if the store isn’t able to commit to 8 am just change the time so the customers won’t waste their time driving to “the nearest” Dollar General & it’s closed. I could’ve gone another route to find a different store.. By the way, when I pulled up there were 2 cars leaving and when I parked there were 2 cars pulling out and when I left 1 car pulled up and was leaving behind me. So it looks like a lot of sales were lost. 🤦🏽‍♀️

    This location is ALWAYS close mid day. I’m not sure what the issue is but everytime I come around 2:30pm EST the store is closed. Your company is losing so much business because as I sit in the parking lot to write this complaint so many people have come up to the door & it doesn’t open so they drive away. Your LOSING so many customers as well. Just thought you wanted to know just in case you were not aware. This is so inconvenient because now I have to find another store… smh

They literally are never open on time , I’ve came to this location multiple times in last two weeks and every time I come the store is not even open at the correct time , how inconvenient, then when they finally open the doors20-30 minutes late the employees have the WORST attitudes like be forreal ! Nobody asked you to choose DG as your profession and at this point the whole location needs to either be shut down or a different management team needs to step and get these people together cause man it’s ridiculous

    This is by far the worst dollar general there is and that’s really saying something. Nothing is stocked on shelves. It’s all still on its transportation carts. They close and lock the doors before they are supposed to. And I’m not talking 5 minutes early. They have had them closed 30 minutes early before. Staff isn’t helpful at all and look like they absolutely hate their lives and especially their jobs. The number of times I’ve come here and they didn’t have something in stock is insane. I’m honestly embarrassed to even say I still buy anything from here. Place is absolute trash. Don’t shop here

    This was an impromptu visit to General Dollar store; because the Family Dollar store was closed. I seen a woman dressed in a Ghostbuster’s costume. I wasn’t sure she was an Store Associate. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. I look forward to returning to this store soon.😀

    This is literally the worst location I’ve ever been in. The shelves were half empty and all the carts with products on then are cover the entire store entire isles blocked, that’s a fire hazard they should be shut down it for that alone. Management clearly doesn’t know how to manage a store. For your own safety do not go to this store

    It’s a dollar general, you get the service and experience relative to average sales expectations. When I visited this store the line to check out was incredibly long. My experience at all dollar generals has included long checkout lines. But this one could have been mistaken for Disney world. I suggest using another store as this one is very busy.

    Selections and prices are good. However, i being an amputee can NEVER get through the aisle’s!! My ♿ wheelchair can’t get through when they are ALWAYS stocking shelves!! I’m thrilled that business is great~ but can this company not hire stockers to work overnight to ensure the shelves are full for the day ahead??
