Their Manager Oscar Melendez is rude and wont work with you on large orders, he has basically no understanding of pleasing the customer. His associates will say one thing and he contradicts what they say and holds no one accountable. Was told on phone sale would end on a specific day and later this same manager couldn’t be held accountable when sale had ended earlier. Not the nicest Home Depot I’ve been to for sure, many nice things you find on the website nowadays are ‘online only’ items so you don’t get to put a hand on them instore. Staff is not the nicest. I’ll give this one a 7/10

This is the bigger Home Depot and we get most of the stuffs we needed here. It’s great that it opens till 11pm everyday and we can come by at almost anytime! Staffs are always helpful and friendly 🥰 We really appreciate them, thank you!
I literally saw a woman walk out with cart full of power tools and no one did anything to stop her when she started running. No security at the door, no employees on the floor. If you want to ask some questions, good luck finding anyone to help you
