My experience was great even though we had an irate customer in line in front of us but the cashier tried her very best to handle the situation professionally even though the lady wasn’t complying. Another lady stepped in which was an employee I think maybe a manager or district manager to try and ease the situation. The customer kept demanding her to do something to the cashier which in my opinion from what I saw and heard was the lady’s fault not the cashier. I pointed out to the lady that she was in the wrong because sometimes you have to defend the employees. Customers are not always right and i get that Customer Service is key but what Employee Service? We need to show compassion to the workers who deal with irate people on the daily. The staff at the Dollar Tree are great and try thier best to accomidate all customers. Job well done.

  2. This location is a bit smaller than the one on Williams, and the staff are so unfriendly. The cashier tonight, Trinity, didn’t say a single word during the entire transaction. She did the same to the other two customers in front of us. It’s the same from most cashiers here. For better service, cleaner store, and more products just go to the one on Williams.

  3. How come it says $1 but I come out with $100 less than I had before? 😮

    Ahaha, okay. So the place is a bit dirty, disorganized and small. Some staff are sweet and awesome, some aren’t. No biggie. I still go here literally all the time (kinda because my mom drags me here) but I also love staring at all the cheap but great stuff that will eventually drain my wallet. 🥴

  4. One of the better dollar tree stores in the area. It’s a little bigger so they have some additional inventory usually.

    Alicia the manager at the Dollar Tree across the street from Jefferson Performing Arts Center it’s awesome we are bus drivers we’re here to help with the hurricane release evacuate people I work at a Dollar Tree in North Carolina and I went to the Dollar Tree and she said that they were treating the bus drivers not good so I asked her about bringing ice to the bus drivers medicine that needs ice for us and that was so nice of her to go out of her way to stop her day at work to make sure that the bus driver is here which is about over a hundred that wanted ice. Make sure that we had ice to keep drinks cold and Medicine she rocks thank you. Although the hurricane 🌀 coming and she don’t what time she is closing to go home to her family she is doing what she has to not because she wants to do it but she got to take of family again I say she ROCKS she i an awesome Mgr.     Experience fine but cashier did not know how to ring up anything and then her “trainer” was very rude. They were trying to tell me that the only way to pay for my items is via debt card with a pin and the credit function was not available when I have paid via credit several different times at several different stores. If I didn’t desperately need the items I got I would have left all $43 of items and gone somewhere else. But won’t shop at this Dollar Tree EVER again.

    Very large selection and great staff. Lines started to get long they quickly got another cashier to help out. Was looking for a particular item the lady actually walked with me to show me exactly where it was. The little things matter I. This world of chaos qe live in. Awesome dollar tree.

    Had to stop in yesterday evening to pick up a few items for our three youngest and their school projects. Everything is a dollar. The isles in the back of the store that I was trying to access were slammed with inventory carts. Had zero access to these isles. Extremely frustrating. There were four people working yesterday that I saw. One very nice on Register, a gentleman and another woman on stocking inventory and another lady that was in the office behind the mirror tint. Surely these isles can be kept clean and open for shopping. Inventory carts should be kept in the back and out of the way of the customers. I can understand having one or two out but two whole isles were full of them. This is usually one of the better Dollar Trees. The poor lady working the register was so polite and respectful but kept catching hell from a customer that was being rude because he was paying in cash and she had let him know in ample time that she had no change, she was waiting on the manager to bring her some change rolls. Honestly the short falls yesterday were due to the manager lacking the proper skillset and training to properly run the store and work the workers in a proper order where everything was getting done without it looking like a Ringling Brothers Circus in my opinion.
