  1. They have a good variety of things but the line is so LONG you’d literally have to wait 20-30 mins. With only 2 registers open and about 6 other employees walking around. Even if they’re stocking or so they can afford one employee to open up another register to keep the line moving.

    Today I figured the line was long because it usually is. I really wanted the item but I didn’t have the time to wait so I had to put it back.

  2. I don’t know what changed in this store in the past couple of months, maybe a year, but I’m thoroughly impressed. Management is doing an excellent job and so is the staff. The place is consistently well stocked, clean and orderly. I have never seen the party supplies aisle look so neat! When a store looks this good, it shows that they care what their customers think 👍🏾

  3. This is staying at 1 star until they get rid of the ridiculous no bags/carts rule. Nothing else is different at other Dollar Trees, so I would rather shop there where they actually trust their customers. I also purchased a spice that had the freshness seal broken, but couldn’t open it in the store, so that would put them at 0 stars.

  4. This is the best dollar tree I have been to. Plenty and varied selections. I love that it is neat and organised. The only down is the length of time to check out. They moved fast but a lot of customers for three cashiers.

    Daughter had one wish: visit dollar three when in NYC. Coming from the Netherlands I had some ‘action’ vibes with the place but overall a good experience. Good place to buy typical American discount stuff and also great usa souvenirs.

    Well it has alot offer, in price for certain items, however there’s never enough cashier to pay one items, only one when they’re ls 15 persons waiting, also merchandise on the floor where one passes thru and can slip and fall, such as books, thats the only draw back….

    Great store and products but the waiting online to pay for your items and the line is all the way down the Isle with only one register open is not fun.

    I had the MOST HORRIFIC experience at this Dollar Tree. Get ready because this is a long one: I ordered a case of flowers for a concert at the school I teach at from the website and chose this location for pick up because it is the closest location to my apartment. After it arrived (two days later than the projected date) I went to pick them up. When I arrived I noticed the random boxes all over and a sour smell in the store. It looked disgusting inside. I waited in line and then presented the email about my flowers. I was told to speak to the manager and when she arrived I showed her the email on my phone and she asked for my ID which I gave. She took both and then walked away with them for 30 minutes. I felt unsafe with someone taking those things and just walking off. As I waited I witnessed a mouse run across the floor. When she returned she said she couldn’t find my order (which is not surprising because like I said, there were boxes all over the place.) I asked what can be done because I had prepaid and she said to call back tomorrow. The next day I call back and spoke to a male manager. He said he didn’t have time to speak with me. I said I could not call back later because I was on a break from work. I asked if he could look for my package and call me if he found it. He responded with “how can I call you back if you’ll be working?” I told him he could leave a message. I got no response so I called again after work and he said he had not found my order and to call headquarters for a refund. I do call and as I’m on the phone he calls me back saying they DO have my package. Great, I’ll be right there to pick it up. When I arrive I ask to speak to the manager and meet with a third person who immediately says they don’t have my package. I inform her that I just spoke with someone who said they did and asked her to please at least look. She does and hands me someone else’s order. The after again insisting she looked again and found my order. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE APOLOGIZE.

    One of my favorite Dollar Tree locations (much better than the ones in Jersey). They stock awesome supply of arts and craft and dog food items and their open pretty late. Would have given them a 5 but, the fact that the store is a bit on the messier side and store entrance and exit looks a bit raggedy (most likely due to limited staff) and customers that tend to pull out items and not return them back to where they originally found it, so things can get scattered everywhere. Also, cashiers are not so friendly and welcoming. Everyone always looks angry 🤦🏻‍♀️ but, as long as they have what I need, it’s all good.
