Rudest staff I’ve encountered in a long time, my suggestion would be to not work in a customer facing position if you don’t have simple manners or the ability to simply greet a customer as you are checking them out. Tried to purchase a case of water, it started leaking everywhere…went to get another and had the same problem. Instead of assisting the staff was rude and said, “would you like a bag so you can stop leaking everywhere?” rather than working to solve the problem. No one likes working, but it is part of life, get a new job if you are going to be that miserable to strangers.

  2. This store has lots of items even some grocery items now. Like bananas etc. But often has stuff misplaced around the store. (Like ppl picking stuff up & setting back down in different spot) I dont think they go around and straighten regularly. Staff is very nice though. The one thing I did notice is that online says they carry specific items but when you go into that location they do not. That is highly frustrating. Especially when you’re looking for specific stuff and online it says only certain places carry them. Prices are decent but there are times that the lines get long and they only have one register open. Other than that it’s a good place to go to get things to avoid going to a big grocery store etc.

  3. This stores employees are always putting handwritten notes on the doors saying their closed early for no apparent reason. The first couple times I just let it go but now it’s becoming a regular occurrence. Even when the store is open it’s consistently unorganized and nobody seems to ever be working on the walls of boxes lining the floors in front of the shelves.

  4. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that will have what you are needing to buy. This location apparently has the goal of never having anything in stock. Shelves are almost always bare and the most needed essentials are what they are always out of. There are new employees every time I walk into this location and it seems like they can’t keep staff. This store is definitely not one of the better Dollar Generals.

    What a Joke I went to pick up a few things for my family and the holiday. The AC is broken in the store, NO workers to be found and Boxes after Boxes on the floors to where you can’t walk with a cart let alone get threw to an isle to get your items. This is horrible costumer service to say the least. Literally clean up your act Dollar tree this is doing a disturbance to your establishment in place of business

    One thing about shopping here is. You will always spend more than you plan to. I make my father a beetroot smoothie everyday for his Dementia he wants it and say it helps a lot. I get a months worth of frozen fruit and juice 80% less than what I would pay at a grocery store.
