- Reviews:Plenty of variety, this Dollar Tree is a great option for affordable grocery and kitchen items as well as some craft and party supplies, and toys. There’s a large card selection and some tools and home improvement items too. The store was reasonably clean and the staff was friendly and helpful in spite of the story being rather busy. I also bought my grand-daughter some Valentine’s socks since everything Valentine’s is already out. Also found small baskets for my 4 cubbie shelving unit. They are under remodel and everything is everywhere. After speaking to a staff member, it should take about 2 more weeks to complete and will be called Dollar Tree Plus. This is probably the most organized and clean Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in. It was a nice experience even though they didn’t have what I was looking for. Will definitely go back.
The cashier Adriana seems like she just woke up.. no enthusiasm. Rude and quiet under her mouth. I get the Dollar tree is at 29th and craycroft, you don’t have to act like it.
Drivers delivering at this store when parking turn into the right get close to the stop sighn turn into the right do not open wide when trailer is about to touch stop sighn stop and jack knife your trailer reverse stop until touching fence of Apts good luck.
The store is well stocked and organized. The shelves are clean. The manager needs to treat her employees better and have patience with them. I feel for the gentleman that was working the cash register today. (Until she took over on a return). He was doing just fine but she thought it needed to be done faster.
I’ve been there twice. The first time i was shorted $10 in change, but the cashier made NO attempt to correct the error!!! Today I went again, and asked for assistance finding an item.. I was flatly told ‘I’m too busy to help anyone; I don’t get paid enough to help. Good luck and have a nice day” The cashier had the exact attitude. No more!!! ok! I tried yet again (so close to a bus stop)… I bought 5 pool noodles and by some mystery I was not allowed to board the bus. Only me???. Silliness. I had to call in a giant favor so i could get me and my 5 pool noodles home! I spent the next 4 days trying to invent anything dangerous about an old woman carrying 5 matching pool noodles..i even braided the to see if they would be stronger… nope, still a lb. of foam . I cover them with fabric and make bumpers on shelves and such. But hey, there must’ve been a reason….right? the check-out was slow, but the store was empty except for the s l o w e r than a tortoise employee seemed disturbed when I asked where an item was located. She answered “over there or over there”. The place is gonna get better. AND they are right across the street from the big blue store, and best of all Who will get their review! This dollar tree has now been upgrade to THREE stars.
