  1. This is one of my favorite stores to shop but the customer service at the front has gotten shabby. The cashier with no warm welcome, got an attitude because I couldn’t get my kohl’s cash to load on my phone. Well duh, all she had to do was ask me to put in my phone number five minutes earlier. Then had the audacity to say “have a blessed day”. On another note, Laura in customer service is so sweet and personable when it comes to other’s feelings. She went out of her way to help me.

  2. I am impressed with how Summerville Kohls has improved over the past few years. I have to admit, I rarely go to Kohls. When we first moved here, the store was in disarray and most of the pricing was missing. Now the store is organised. I was greeted at the door and the staff was very helpful.

  3. I was less than impressed with my last visit to the Savannah location. The store was kind of a cluster. I had poor customer service. One of my items rang up wrong. The cashier said he needed to total it out to see what the final price came to, which was not the marked price, and then he said he couldn’t change it. It truly did not make sense. It irritated me to the point I deleted my Kohls app because I’d rather shop elsewhere.

  4. The visit was positive, clean and the place has aLots of men’s cloths. They have a big n tall section, I’d like to see bigger brand selection and larger sizes with their men’s jeans. Now it’s time for lunch!

  5. Clean and neat, even though stocking, boxes were out of the way. Everyone was busy straightening and folding. Our check out was smooth, the checker was polite and helpful.

    Very well lit store, full of merchandise. If i were an impulse buyer i would have been in trouble! Not many people there, i hope they succeed. Prices looked normal, several sale sections, lots of brand names.

    6/23 Kohl’s of Myrtle Beach,SC. Went to this store for an Amazon return drop off. No line, everyone was cordial and made the transaction easy. Best drop off spot. Large parking area

    I would like to preface this review with an apology. I am only giving two stars because of the experience that follows: I came in for an amazon return. I was helped by an extremely kind and knowledgeable young girl. I was in a hurry so she tried to make speed a priority. However, a man, I believe to be the manager, had come up to her work station and taped everything together. When she told him that she was trying to help a customer, he began poking and moving her equipment around… making it IMPOSSIBLE for her to get my return. Like I said, I was in a rush and she told the guy that she was helping me and to please stop. He just did a rude laugh and walked away. She tried to apologize and I told her it wasn’t necessary and I would make sure to report his rude behavior. I then asked if he did this often and she just looked at me with a very telling look. I don’t know his name but he seemed to be in charge. This is extremely unprofessional and quite annoying. I don’t care who he thinks he is, he needs to be spoken to about this. Five stars for the young girl. No stars for that guy. (I was in the store 1/24/22 around 5pm)
