  1. I went in and purchased a lift chair, ordered on line by the sales person….and a gas range…..paid for both on Dec 3. I have gotten nothing but the runaround since. I paid for installation of new range, and hall away of old range. The young man said there was a problem with my pipe…they have a free service that will send plumber to repair…then I need to call back for install.. The new stove was left in the middle of my kitchen.. The lift chair is inoperable, been talking with store and UPS to get it picked up…its to heavy for me to take back myself..set up pick up 3 times…still in box in my living room.Getting someone to answer the phone is near impossible. When it was answered I was hung up on 4 times, transferred, put on hold, etc. I have spoken with so called supervisors, rude associates, some not rude, but told me they couldn’t do anything and would pass it on.I spoke with someone named Tristan, one of the supervisors somewhere. He worked with me, offered an inconvenience refund, very nice young man. Still no results with either purchase. I have chatted on an online chat for days…everyone saying the same thing. Some of the customer service reps beat me getting an attitude, and became annoyed with me. I threatened to call corporate, but that’s a waste of time as well. I asked to have all merchandise picked up and to refund me. No results. Today I asked to have the fees for install and haul away refunded…I was told this would happen…but rudely done. The young lady told me I don’t have to wait on a free service,, I can pay someone myself to do it……that was the last straw.. She’s correct….I could have,, I have no problem with that.I had trouble with carpet installation last year and should have known better than to go there again. that. All Customer service doesn’t work for everyone. The delivery and installers they use are just as rotten as home depot is….and home depot knows it. I paid in good faith….you would think a company as big as this would make an effort to stick to their slogan. My complaint will fall on deaf ears. And they won’t miss my little money, but I will never buy even a thumb tack from here again. “Home Depot cares”……..😒

  2. Went here a couple weeks ago to make a key copy, and both the in-store machine, and the minute key machine were both down. There was a handwritten sign on each, so employees were aware that the machines were not working. Parking is tight also. Usually I avoid this location unless it’s the only one convenient to reach.

Large enormous store for customers to wander around……try to find someone to tell me what isle this on….I know where some things located I’m repeat customer to purchase said items………….I can’t find help or they too busy chatting with fellow employees to assist me….nor do they want to follow them to show me where products I’m looking for so I may purchase…..

  4. This place has been here since I was a kid. This homedepot has as much history in this area as Sun Records. Always there when I need it. Sales people don’t hassel

  5. Upon arrival I wasn’t sure which carpet machine too get. Mr. Therman &Ms. Anita we out of their way too assist me.. They both asked what type of carpet machine that was good for stairs and carpet.. With out to much weight involved.. 10 out of 10 CSR…

    Update 2/18/23 – okay, seeing how this is my closest HD, I knew I needed to go back. I ordered a Husky 52″ and it was being shipped to this store. There was some weirdness going on with the tracking but it arrived the original day, 2/17. I did have to call in to find this out as it wasn’t checked in and therefore I was not sent a notification. But, the staff was helpful in locating the bench. Especially, Ricky! I mentioned how he was the one that saved my trip over a week ago in my old review and today he recognized me and took care of me and my order. He is friendly and is an outstanding employee for Home Depot! He goes above and beyond to not only get the job done, but to make sure the customer walks away happy. Thanks Ricky!!!! The bench/tool box looks great by the way! First experience- Worse Home Depot I’ve been to. I’m new here to Arkansas and drove nearly 2hrs to get here. I wanted to purchase a chainsaw. I waited 25 minutes for an employee to come unlock the tool. This was approx 1930 and definitely not busy. However, I will say that the employee at the returns counter, Ricky, was professional and very helpful!! He saved my trip and he deserves a raise!!!

    I recently visited the Home Depot in Fort Smith and I was very impressed. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They had a great selection of products and were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. The prices were competitive and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

    Home Depot was our store of choice…..until they stopped honoring Veterans with their 10 percent discount. However, we did go back yesterday to see if they still had the tile trimming we used 9 years ago. Nope, didn’t have. Stores have to go with what’s trending. Never mind. We will glue the broken trim and call it good.
