What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This review is specifically for Bryant. This young man has excellent attitude and customer service. Saw me loading some cement bags and went out of his way to lend a hand. This type of attitude and work ethic is becoming increasingly rare these days. To the HD managers, give this guy a raise and promotion.

  2. Large selection. Employees need more familiarity with their store. They did have 3 lanes to service customers on top of the self service lanes for checkout. Thank you Home Depot for keeping the Service in Customer Service!

  3. We went to this branch because they have tools that you can rent there. That is about it. What I don’t like is that they seem to only have one truck that you can rent. Also Employees need to stop running when people are headed towards them to ask for assistance. That’s what you are there for. The military discount needs more ways to get it. My father is a Veteran, but he is not Tech savvy at all and they keep asking for the QR Code or you can’t get it. That’s stupid (also it’s not the stores fault I’m just saying Home Depot needs other ways). Luckily I have my QR Code so it was all good, but you’re aggravating older Veterans with that. I also don’t appreciate that the only customers that seem to get the really good customer service are Spanish Speaking customers. Now, Yo hablo un poco de espanol , pero no soy fluida, pero mi padre es. So we are trying to get assistance and we are being ignored. So my father decides to ask for assistance in Spanish. It was annoying that they would either ignore him or they had a tone like he was annoying them. Also please teach your staff the difference between Cedar and Fir wood. I mean the smell alone should be the factor if it’s Cedar. We didn’t appreciate the feeling like we were annoying them from just standing around or taking lapses around the store. Non Spanish speakers deserve solid Customer Service as well. We went to two other Home Depots near me and the difference in Customer Service was night and day. My father loves Home Depot, but I prefer Lowes.

  4. The entrance looks like a warehouse delivery entrance.
They have no carts at the entrance.. they are across the store at the far exit..
they have plenty of people standing around at the front though 🙂 to talk amongst themselves..

    rough start

  5. I can’t give it 5 stars I just can’t I waited 16 minutes and yet I got no help at the wood place in the back for cutting but that’s not because I didn’t stop six workers and ask them hi who can help me two of them in fact just walked on by me one lady and one man who I think pretended he didn’t speak English that was a shame I mean a true shame but after I don’t know talking to Nancy who is in the front the manager explaining that I don’t have time for this kind of shenanigans it’s great that they’re understaffed I get that but what does that have to do with the fact that every employee in there was unable to help me except for the one person who happened to be on lunch are you kidding me only one Woodcutter then I get home copying this all off and I asked for 10 in and 3/4 of a quarter that’s 10 and 3/4 and one of them was 10 and 3/4 the other one was nine and a half so what does that tell you clearly that person just knew how to push the button on four stars it is but hopefully they can improve

I was at home depot with my cousin and niece. We were checking out some prices on some items. Place was clean, Sal an employee gave us great customer service with friendliness and a smile.

Nick and Terry were exceptionally helpful. It was my first time, and they were so gentle in assisting me when picking up my order. I didn’t know how to check in, Miguel helped me do that…then I had multiple questions about my closet doors. Nick and Terry both confirmed my order was complete prior to my departure. Thanks guys. Nick was gone pulling another order before I could snap his pic, he knows how to hustle.

A standard Home Depot that is a little bit smaller and messier than most. The employees are nice and helpful and has the usual corporate vibe. Parking lot is small and tight, definitely hard to get in and out of during busy times. It does have a tool rental facility which is good.

I had the best service I’ve ever had at this Home Depot yesterday! (And I’ve had very good service on all of my visits so this is saying a lot!) Tom P. an older adult in the hardware section saved me $200 when my massage table broke a small cord used for stability and the manufacturer doesnt replace parts. Tom took the time to look at the table design. He was so completely knowledgeable about how to replace it! I am so gratful and impressed. This will definitely be my one stop shop from here on out. And the lady working at the self checkout lane was awesome, too. Highly recommend!!

Prices inflated, you get same products but cheaper on Amazon. Imagine also waiting in a checkout line (1 of 2 opened) for 20 minutes on the busiest day of the week. They’re definitely better on the east coast.
