  1. We went there to see if we could find a birthday gift and gift we found. I also got a couple pairs of goodies. Also a similar set up and usually clean. I will say unless you have coupons and kohl’s cash or the items are in sale, typically the merchandise is a bit on the pricey side. The clearance sections were pretty decent and the check out not too long. We found a 20% online and the cashier was most helpful and friendly. I will say all worked out as planned.

  2. First time I’ve been there since I moved out of Nashville 5 years ago. Much better organized than the last time I was there. Able to find what I needed easily AFTER I found someone to ask for directions. Since it was during the day and staffing was minimal it took some time.

  3. I had a very good shopping experience at the Hermitage Kohl’s the other day.
    I was having a hard time finding the number on the box of shoes I wanted to purchase. I saw an employee putting up stock and I asked if she could help me. She immediately stopped what she was doing and with a smile came over to help me. Right away she found what I was looking for, I am not very techy and couldn’t pull up my Kohl’s app so I could get my discount. She explained it to me step-by-step and I was able to find my shoes and get my discount but only with Dianna’s help.
    You just don’t find customer service around these days like that!

  4. I love this store and most of the workers are nice to me.
    I’m here weekly. On Mother’s Day my fiancée, daughter and I were followed around.
    The worker who was following us in the children’s shoes interrupted me with “I’m trying to find so and so some shoes. I can’t find any so I’m going to have to go to another store” while I was trying to explain to my crying daughter that we need to try the shoes etc.
    please. Mind your business. And yes I’m still gonna shop here because this is not my fault and I like the people who check me out. Xoxo, Christina.

  5. Would love to see a little more variety of clothing. Also, there’s not a good upkeep of organization on several of the women’s racks.

    This is my go-to store when I need a last-minute outfit or gift their hours are great they stay open late … Just not sure why they open at 9 am on Sundays but at 10 am on Saturdays…also why is there only one entrance open? It has been this way for nearly a year. I drive this parking lot to go to not only Kohl’s but the Ups store and Kroger and on several occasions, I’ve seen elderly folks Park at the closed entrance and had to walk to the other end. Yes, you have closed arrows, etc. But not everyone looks at the door before parking … And not everyone can see that far. I love how kind and helpful the employees are and I also love the fact that they do Amazon returns. Keep it up!

    I used my Kohles credit card and they had to call and check the amount why have to do that I still don’t know. It took them an hour and 30 mins with 2 employees and a Manger helping me. This was so embarrassing. My boyfriend was late back to work. They had no reason to do it and didn’t do anything for my inconvenience. Worst experience ever shopping.

    Dropped by khols this morning around 1015am to pick up 2 pair of slacks. Located what I needed $60 per pair but on sale as indicated by sign over the shelving for $39.99. Waited in line for 13 mins because only one cashier was working but another register opened just as I got to the front of the line. She was efficient and polite however when I got out to the car I noticed I was charged $49.99 per pair. Walked back in the rain and went to the return desk line. 16 mins later I’m finally up to the guy working returns and presented my receipt and told him my issue. He rescanned the pants and they obviously came up $49.99 again. I ask him to go check the sign with me of course he couldn’t leave his station. He called someone and I walked back with her and showed her the sign ($39.99) with about a hundred pair of pants under it. She scanned the pants and (surprise) they came up $49.99. She said the sign was wrong but when I gave her the “look” she agreed to mark mine down to $39.99. As we were walking away from the rack I saw the issue the sign should have been on the other side of the rack for the straight fit instead of the classic. I pointed out the problem (stupidly) and she promptly said my pants although under the sign when I bought them would be $49.99. I had wasted almost 45 mins of my time for nothing. I plan on taking both pair back on Monday for a refund (hopefully no line) and my last time to shop at Khols.

    This place is all over the place, cloths just threw wherever there was an empty spot. 10-12 employees just standing around talking doing nothing and one guy walking around making sure people are taking breaks!!! OMG they were already on a break. Someone needs to be a manager in there and start doing something. This place looked worse than any Kmart I have ever been to growing up!!
