  1. So what is that, please, for an extremely friendly and competent person at the “drive in” counter?
    Was there for the second time and was given such great advice. Prices are compared and, if necessary, a cheap, comparable product is recommended, needs are weighed, various options and areas of application are discussed, etc.
    I can unconditionally recommend this pharmacy! It doesn’t get any better!

    The owner or the employee 22.11.22 at 20:00 🕗 a very nice sensitive person. Advice was excellent. Open until 10:00 p.m. 🕙 what more could you want!

    Wow, very rude staff. Had sent my partner to buy a drug (over the counter) was not sold to her without adequate justification. I haven’t actually experienced anything like this before. We won’t be customers there again. For every request, the boss had to be asked. This is not competent.

    My “regular pharmacy” since 1998 – friendly staff, good advice, medicines are delivered quickly, the staff is committed. The shop is friendly and attractively furnished and there are beautiful gifts on top…can’t understand some of the negative reviews at all…but it is striking that some negative reviewers are perhaps the same, but have always registered with different names…sometimes with Full name, sometimes just the abbreviations.. A rogue is who thinks bad about it, but that seems strange to me..

    The Lamberti-Apotheke Fröhlich is my regular pharmacy. Here you feel comfortable and well advised. Ms. Fröhlich in particular takes her time and helps with all questions. Medicines can be ordered and delivered quickly. I recommend everyone to visit this pharmacy!

    Always problems. I was once told that the drug on my prescription was not available in the dosage. I was then sold the higher-dose drug, which was of course more expensive. Because I became skeptical about a similar incident at the same pharmacy, I went straight to another pharmacy. There I received the right medication directly. When I then wanted to return the wrong medication, the same salesperson initially objected with the words “this is now our common problem”. In addition, communication with some employees is difficult due to language problems. A few years ago I was happy to be a customer of this pharmacy. I now only go there if I have to and “nothing can go wrong with the drug”.
