  2. Extremely long line. ONE checker that was attending both regular and returned sales. Elderly women behind me was so tired her feet were hurting from waiting so long. She said if it wasn’t for the low prices Ross has she would leave everything there. If there was a negative star I would have given five negative stars.

  3. Every time I come to this location the lines are long. One cashier on a Sunday with the wiAt time over 20 min and the line back up to the end of the store. Definitely understaffed and not fair to workers or customers. This is the only location that has

  4. We come to get a pack of white t-shirts for my husband as he left his at home. My husband told me to look where there was a homeless man with a MOUNTAIN of clothes on the floor allll around him. I OBSERVED this disgusting man with only women’s pajama pants on taking clothes and pleasuring himself with them, cleaning his body and I immediately ran to security who said he will call lost prevention over???? A female manager asked me if there was a problem and I told her what was happening! She said “he’s back again”. Long story short it took them a while to get him out. He had already been inside 3 times that day and he frequently comes to do what he was doing! They did not call the law. They let him go! I asked them to remove the clothing he pleasured (and had a happy ending with) himself and cleaned his body with. They said they were too busy! Children started touching clothes and I DEMANDED them be removed. The staff HUNG UP THE CLOTHES THAT WERE ON THE GROUND AND TOOK A FEW GARMENTS TO THE BACK! We left! Be careful!!!!

  5. Employee rung me up for twice for one item didn’t notice until I got home so call the store to let them know if could go to the Ross by my house they told me I couldn’t I leave very far from where the mistake was done. So I drove all the way here
    Didn’t even offer an apology neither an extra discount to make up for the mistake and make customer happy

The store has a wide variety of items including clothing, shoes, home decor and beauty products, making it a one-stop-shop for all my needs.     Hit and miss. I feel like I am at a over-priced Goodwill. Great lines though. Bathroom usually has a bowl full of feces more than I’ve ever seen each I’ve used the bathroom. I don’t go here unless I have to really need something, but if it’s is underwear for me or my son, I’m there so long just to find one size, nuts forget quickly in and out.

    Bad customer service racist black cashier didn’t want to do my refund accusing me of using product . I went to another Ross no problem with my refund. Is always packed with bad kids running around, messy store nothing is organized. I do not recommend it. The line is always to the back no matter what day you go.

    I went there 2 weeks before Christmas to pick up some stocking stuffers and a few other things. The store looked like a bomb had gone off in it and that the shelves had not been straightened out since Thanksgiving! However the worst part was that the line to check out went to the back of the store and bent around the corner. I honestly considered laying my items down and walking out. It took me 1hour to get to a register. As I began to approach the registers the reason became clear. There were only 1/2 of the registers open! In what retail world does it make any sense to have 50% of your registers open two weeks before Christmas on a Friday at 5pm? There seemed to be one prissy little manager walking around looking at the chaos but then he just disappeared when he should have grabbed a set up and opened a register himself! As a matter of fact every employee who knew how, with the exception of loss prevention and security, needed to get on a register and get things going. My cashier was extremely polite and efficient and she did a great job but COME ON ROSS!, do a better job scheduling help and if you get caught short get on the phone and get other people in to help. I will NEVER wait in line like that again. It was ridiculous.

    Love this store..I accidentally forgot my work keys in the basket..Later that day ,I called the store and spoke to a manager named “Norma”..She was EXCELLENT..She said, you can pick your keys up at register #2 whenever you get a chance..She went over and above..This store has excellent management..Its also clean and well organized..I plan to become a regular customer here..Thanks❗Norma for your help..
