This is a huge store with T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods connected as one. A one-stop enjoyable shopping for clothes, bags, shoes, jewelry, furniture, kitchen needs, and many other things, including food items. Huge parking lot. Easily accessible store that is sitting on a lot with Target and countless other specialty stores and restaurants. The only part that may need improvement is maybe adding more people at the cash registers as there were 20+ people waiting in that long line to pay.
It’s getting so bad to shop here. The Register that is open is like 4 to 30 customers on queue. The Restroom is an eyesore. Though I love the reorganization and unbeatable prizes but not enough to spend forever to shop here.
The service was great but rather slow. I went to the store to look for a sturdy table to match my new decor in the bedroom. They allowed me to place my table on hold for 3 days while I looked for a truck to assist me in the delivery. Only downside to this store was it was a bit disorganized and cluttered. The store in Sugar Land is more spacious and a lot cleaner.
If you’re going to have a bad attitude and complain, then maybe you shouldn’t work at the register. Took forever and complained it was the hardest thing she had ever done when assisting me. I appreciate the manager for being there.
It always has some unique HomeGoods article, but lately the frequency of articles coming in the store I see has reduced the four stars are for the upkeep of the people working at the store. They really work hard and are genuinely helpful. HomeGoods is a well known store that brings unique articles across the world. I have bought some really nice articles which are so unique now and in course of time the value has also gone up big time. I really admire the store and hope that they keep the store up to the par.
