I’ve never left a review on any site but this deserves it. Buyer beware… don’t even consider going to this place. Bought two phones around last thanksgiving because of all the commercials that said free iPhone when you switch. My old iPhone was a 12 so I didn’t even really need it. Guess I got caught in the holiday spirit. As I’m sure you can assume the phone wasn’t free. I only found this out cause I wanted to cancel because the service is trash. They told me today that I was on a buy one get one free promotion. (Which isn’t what I was told when I signed) next sentence that came out of the reps mouth was I only owe $500 on each phone if I just wanted to be done. I just shook my head… stared at him blankly then left! GOOD LUCK !
If you look. Most of the 5-star reviews are greater than a year old. At that point, they start to get worse. The reason why? Based on my experience, it’s the employees. Not all of them. There is at least one person there taking care to treat his customers respectfully. Go there if you like. Just know that not all employees are there to please.
The customer service was exceptional. Adan was very helpful and he was very patient with me. I will recommend family and friends to this location. Everything was excellent. I love my new phone.Great job.
