  1. The produce section is poorly laid out, leads to congestion, wasted time, & irritation. If ONE cart is in those narrow areas, no other cart can pass through. Go around? Not if there are other carts blocking the way, which is pretty common.

    Where are the blueberries? None at all? Other stores have blueberries, frozen AND fresh.

    Why are employees constantly pushing those big carts around during the day? They’re constantly in the way & are a nuisance. Poor traffic flow in a store is a real pain in the a.ss

  2. Just dropped in on our way home. Found clearance items. And also did other shopping. Went to a cashier to check out. Cashier was friendly, courteous. I don’t remember her name. But noted she has worked for Walmart for 25+ years. Very impressed. I went to the cashier, because I prefer customer interaction. Absolutely despise self checkout.

  3. Crazy stacking fans .. very dangerous.. twenty feet high in the middle of store .. no straping at the top .. all the fans on the top loose .. death trap .. waiting to happen ..

  4. Grocery pickup is awesome here. Friendly employees, courteous and professional. Always speedy service. Attitudes always come from how the managers are, so clearly they are wonderful at their jobs!

  5. This is my favorite Walmart in the valley because they usually have food stocked well and don’t have empty shelves like some other stores do. They have more selection of cheese and lunch meat and they have great prices on most things. They have good fruit and vegetables and offer low cost dairy products as well.

    I absolutely love shopping at Costco! The store has everything I need, from groceries to electronics, furniture, and even vacation packages. As a frequent shopper, I can confidently say that Costco offers unbeatable value on a wide range of products. But it’s not just the low prices that keep me coming back to Costco. They carry many of the top brands in each category, and their Kirkland Signature line of products is just as good (if not better!) than name-brand alternatives. They go above and beyond to make sure that I’m satisfied with my purchases. And if I’m not satisfied? No problem! Costco has a hassle-free return policy that makes it easy to return any item I’m not happy with.     Costco is just a great place. Helpful employees. Efficient checkout system. Knowledgeable customer service team. The products here are reliably good. The products vary by region and it’s fun to see what you find at different Costco stores. They always have a great selection of Christmas candies and cookies. Hard to not find way more than you need here.

    We’ve ordered several picture books, large photos, canvas prints, etc and loved the turn out. Service was quick and friendly, and if any mistakes were made, they were fixed right away. We’ll continue to shop here for prints.

    Costco is one of my most favorite places for basically everything. Food, flowers (potted and fresh), clothes, toiletries, gifts… My only gripe is that I spend way more than I intend to every time I go here. 🙂

    This took me 35 mins to get from the electronics department. Seriously Walmart you need to have a back up associate or call button near the locked games section. Called twice today not the store, they belled for the associate twice and third call I asked to speak with a manager or have the manager come and open the locked game doors. Manager didn’t take my call. The store merged my call into the stores intercoms. (Embarrassing) passersby’s voices could be heard over the whole store. My experience at this store left me feeling it has very low customer service. That questions my willingness to come back to this store.

    This Super Walmart was clean, well organized and easy to locate items on my list. There was no wait at checkout and the parking lot was easy to navigate, meaning lanes were wide enough to pass another car or to back out of your space without jockeying three or four times before you could pull forward.

    I went here on 4/20/23. I had a situation where I had to have an employee check me out, (tax exempt). There was only one manned register open, and they were actively attempting to close that register. To make it worse after ringing up the entire cart, they needed supervisor approval, which they couldn’t get because no supervisor was available. I then had to go to customer service to ring everything again. The employees were doing their best and I don’t blame them, but there simply were not enough people to get the job done. Hire more people, before it becomes worth the money to just shop at smiths.

    Poorest customer service EVER! I stood at the jewelry counter for over 15 minutes while various Walmart staff walked right by me. When I asked (3 times) for assistance at the jewelry counter. I was told “they’re too busy and if I wanted to buy some jewelry, I would have to wait”….I’m spending my hard earned money, and I have to wait? If I didnt know any better, I’d think it was racially motivated….however, since I’m a more dignified person than the CSR at Walmart, I simply left my cart and walked out. I won’t EVER shop at this Walmart again.
