- Reviews:I have recently moved to the area and have been into the store quite a few times. And i haven’t had a bad experience. The line was a little long due to employee training. But customer service was outstanding! Store was clean, organized, I especially love the shoe department they have a wide selection and I can usually find the style like in my size without any assistance. I appreciate a clean public restroom. The cleaning lady was so nice. Of course I like Adidas quite a bit and their selection for Adidas is bomber. They even had a rack with 50% off the already marked down items on the rack I got a $40 t-shirt for like $3.50. There was one clerk at the returns counter and one at the check out, both busy. The prices weren’t very good either. Nope, won’t shop there again! The Amazon section needs some serious help. All the other reviews are stating the same and all they reply is “so sorry”. Then FIX IT. Don’t use the slowest employee for 1, and maybe open more areas to do the returns? The entire store is empty otherwise. Ridiculous. 40+ minutes every time now.
The reason no one shops at Kohl’s is they are too expensive and the services are terrible. To add insult to injury they partner with Amazon to boost the foot traffic in their stores. Then customers are forced to suffer in a line 15 people deep (in the middle of a work day), while 1 poor womanl tries to help everyone. Not one supervisor has even walked by.
Amazon is the only reason there is foot traffic in this store and they don’t even care enough to do that effectively.
I have been in line for over 30 minutes and there are still 5 customers ahead of me. I can’t say how terrible the service is here.
I never shop here anymore because if you have to return something, it’s 20 minute wait with only one or two people in front of you. That has completely been the same experience with Amazon returns. I actually pay the fee to go to the UPS store to avoid going to Kohls. Who reads these Google reviews? I’ve never seen so many reviews stating the exact same thing with nothing changing for so long! That’s a terrible business model that’s sure to not last for long.
We went in an exchange, some items that we had ordered from Amazon! The gentleman behind the counter was so amazing and showed me very great customer service. We will definitely be back to Kohl’s to go shopping next time because of this experience.
Clean store. Friendly helping people. Great atmosphere. I just love to shop here at Kohl’s. Next I will be in to find me a watch. Mine I got from there is still ticking but I want to get a new one..lol I will keep coming back and tell my friends and family to shop here.
