4 months agoLove the clothes. I wish they weren’t so expensive. Almost everything I like was around 100. However, i did find some great deals. I got a dress, a pair of pants and 2 blouses for 35. They could improve on organization and signage. Sizes were mixed together and it was difficult to distinguish what was women’s, misses, and plus. All in all, a great place to shop when i have time to search for deals.a month agoThe quality and selection of merchandise have gone down considerably. It’s no longer trendy and fashionable but more practical options; similar to what my mom would shop for. And, the air was out so it was very hot and damp.5 months agoI recently visited Macy’s to find a gift for my girlfriend, and I was overwhelmed by the number of perfume options available. I had no idea what I was looking for, but fortunately, the sales associate was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.She asked me some questions about my girlfriend’s preferences and offered some recommendations based on her answers. She was patient and attentive, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase.
With her help, I was able to select the perfect perfume for my girlfriend, and I’m happy to report that she loves it! It’s exactly what she wanted, and I couldn’t have done it without the help of the sales associate.
Overall, my experience at Macy’s was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the store was clean and well-organized. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service
