  1. Decent and clean store, there is never a rude or mean staff, they all seem pleasant. The parking lot is huge and never packed and the shelves are mostly well stocked and organized. The cleanliness is the selling point for me in this store because some of them are just dumpster fires..

  3. Dollar general is the same, pretty much everywhere you go and they are everywhere. My old Dollar general was right on the Canada line and when you walked in the back to get paper towels, your phone would say “welcome to Canada” even though you were in North Troy, Vermont. The point is Dollar general is pretty much the same everywhere you go, the aisles are set up the same the merchandise is set up the same and there’s always too much stuff around the cash register. I was actually impressed when I went in this one because I used to shop at this one 7 or 8 years ago when I lived in Palm Bay,.. now I regularly use the one on Babcock or R.J Conlan the one on Babcock has nicer items for the home where the one on RJ Conlan is really easy to get in and out of when I’m in a hurry.
    This one on Jupiter, used to be really messy all the time.. it was still a little bit unorganized but I was very impressed with the two girls behind the counter. There was a panhandler that was harassing customers inside and outside the store and they stood their ground to protect the store and its customers. They should both be given a raise even though I heard Dollar general doesn’t really do that. But bravo girls for being so young… you were very quick to handle the situation, in a professional manner. And because of this I will be coming back to this Dollar general knowing that their first priority is the safety and comfort of their customers.

  4. I have been going to Dollar General for many years. I can usually find everything I need. We have a new store opening a mile from home so I know I will be there more often.

  5. I love the staff here OTHER THEN the night manager. (I’ve heard her be called Jo) She is absolutely not helpful, never acknowledges when her line builds up, and has commonly and openly been very rude to her own staff. She has sucked her teeth , whined and huffed and puffed every time her co workers have asked her for any sort of assistance. I visit this location maybe 4 times a week and absolutely DREAD coming here any time
    Past 6. Once again, store manager is a SAINT. Her staffing are all sweet. But man, this one manager needs some joy in her life.

    Just left there. I wanted to use a coupon but had to meet some requirements first. The cashier was very sweet and assisted me with getting those requirements met so that the coupon would be honored!

    Place is cluttered (could not get down aisles). Workers are friendly but overwhelmed. Only 1 cashier and seemingly no back up when busy. This is my 3rd visit and it’s always like this. They need help.

    Updated! They have more available some fresh veggies and fruit and more frozen foods and drinks. Nice area for checkout

    This store has gotten so much better since the changeover in staff. They are overwhelmed right now trying to do a remodel while the store stays open for business (people be patient). I have to say even with customer abuse, they are still nice. I witnessed an irate customer scream and yell about the store being a mess during the remodel. The staff was still nice to them even though the customer didn’t deserve it! The acting manager is friendly & professional.
