My first visit, Ana told me and another gentleman working alongside her said I didn’t have to wait until my fiancée phone came in and I can just pay the taxes on it. Fast forward till today, no one called me to tell me my phone arrived. I called the store to confirm my phone was there. The new gentleman advised my phone was there and I advised him that i called beforehand and indeed my phone was here. He then told me he cannot give me the phone due to the fact my fiancé phone did not arrive. I drove 40 minutes for miscommunication on the office staff part. Other than that pretty good experience got my iPhone the same day even though I had to return the one they sent me because clearly the guy that took our order the first time was more focused on turning a profit. Nevertheless like I said before I’ll give it 5 stars.
Went in today after calling customer service because my sim card was not working, customer service assured me they help in store even with not being on account. Staff turned me away instantly without a try or care. THANKS TO THE OTHER VERIZON YOU KNOW THE NON CORPORATE! Went to a retailer and got verified and my problem resolved right away. I worked for Verizon wireless for over 4 yrs prior and know the many ways you get access to accounts so shame on your part for not helping because a sale wasn’t involved! Entire location needs to learn from the amazing customer service by the indirects at 901 Havendale!
I just left this store and had a wonderful experience! Tracey helped me purchase a new phone & watch.. he’s very kind and was able to answer any questions I had. He also helped my find discounts that I didn’t know I qualified for!! Great service.

This location is not a corporate store But it an exceptionally good store The employees will go the extra mile to help you without making you feel like you are taking up their time I’m very big on customer service and at this location the employees open the door for customers to come in and when it’s time to leave they open the door again to help the customers out I ❤ this Verizon store.
