  1. This particular Kohl’s location has EXCELLENT customer service! I was quite impressed at the extra mile in effort these associates gave to ensure that I found what I needed. I wish all retail department stores gave service like these beautiful customer service and retail reps. The store was cleaner than most and well staffed! Kudos to this Kohl’s location!

  2. The past two nights two different cashiers were not aware of the 30% discount for military and their dependents. It simply says show your military ID. Tonight the older lady didn’t want to give my wife the 30% discount until she had a Kohls card. I had to come inside, show the lady the App but and we both have mitary id’s. Then she didn’t give any more extra discounts like 20% or $10 off veterans day savings.
    Please train your cashiers to do there jobs.

Clean and nice store, has a lot of various clothes, unfortunately not many variety of items five kinds of work shoes only three where steel toes two of those where boots… three brands of bed sheets with low to mid thread counts, only one brand had an 800 thread count, but they didn’t have my bed size.

  4. Brandy in the beauty dept. for Sephora was so kind and helpful today. (Hillview in Ky)
    She answered a couple questions for me and I then went on my way. I got to wondering if she would be able to guide me with a facial skin problem I have, so I went back to her. I stated my question and she said yes, she absolutely knew what would help. She put a small dab on my face and worked it in and had me take a look in the mirror. I couldn’t believe in just a few seconds the product took care of my redness. She then guided me to the correct foundation and gave me a few tips which I took to heart. I will definitely seek her out if I need help with skin products.

  5. I absolutely love that there is a Sephora in here. However the Kohls part of it is always a hot mess. Especially the Nike, Under Armour, Adidas section in women’s.

    I went there for an in store pickup, they have the pickup area on the second floor! Inside the store, there were no visible signs to indicate where the pickup area is! They were able to put the Amazon pick-up/dropoff on the main floor but not their own!

    Went to return some Amazon things. They gave me a $5 coupon to be used that day. Went upstairs, got a purchase but no check out anywhere. Asked a scarce clerk. Only checkout is by front doors. Line was long, only 2 registers open. Took longer to check out than Amazon return and upstairs wandering.

    Have ended up here several times over the past few weeks. Holiday season makes things wild, yet they’re doing well. Even if the line is wrapped far from registers, I’ve gotten up to checkout in about 10 minutes.
