  1. Great variety for all ages both male and female. The shoe selection is way better than I thought it would be. Prices are amazing as well. Here’s just a couple of the toys I got for my 5 year old daughter. She’s destined to be an amazing chef 😍

  2. I have never seen such a disaster of a store in my life! It’s like a hurricane went in and just tore the place apart. Honestly, not sure if it’s the lack of employees or customer base. But I couldn’t stay there more than 5 mins before I just had to leave. If you like shopping for items off the floor then this is your place.

    Only good thing was they had a greeter. She acknowledge me when I entered the store. However her time could be spent cleaning and organizing areas near her and not just standing there with a laptop greeting customers.

  3. Such a dirty store. You walk in and there and there is garbage on the floor. Bought some bed sheets and they had white tiny worms. Call the store to let them know and the girl that answered said ok so whats your point what do you want to do. Talked to the manager and said i could return them but no apology not even for how her employee handled the situation. Worst ross I’ve ever been to. Not going there again for sure.

  4. Cute clothes but the store was kind of a wreck. Very disorganized. The shoes were all over the place. Nothing in its designated size spot. Clothes were jumbled together and again, nothing in its designated size area. Will look for another Ross location that isn’t so messy.

Bad very bad they advertise work with good pay Ok it’s good but what is not good is that they ask you for all your personal information so as not to give you the job I am disappointed in this store Because they wasted my 18 year old daughter’s time applying For nothing they even asked the social security for the background And nothing Let’s be reasonable if they are going to ask for personal information to give a job to a person who appears out of nowhere, do not sell dreams to our children Who barely leave school to seek employment in companies as prestigious as this I recommend that you never apply for a job at this location or at DD’S discount as they are the same company Thank you…

    This store has a variety of things however and it’s not well kept up. As you can see from the photos items are strewn across the aisles. There is no sanitizer to wipe down the carts. But this was the day before Milwaukee County put in mandated masks for stores and indoor spaces on 19 of Aug 2021. This could be due to the lack of employees. Normally this store is better staffed. The staff that were there we’re helpful and Howard at work making an effort to replace things that were on the floor back to the correct place on the shelves. It seems like some child had come through the store and just pick things up and shot him on the floor instead of putting them back into place. It truly amazes me how customers can be so rude and self-centered these days. Knowing businesses are just coming out of covid and are lacking staff. So I hope the customers in this neighborhood will be more grateful that the store is open and say thank you to the employees making a concerted effort to be there for us. If you want a more organized shopping experience you may want to try the Ross on Layton and 84th street.

    Clean nice atmosphere. Great clothes at great price. Nice gentle employees. Friendly and kind. Love it! (Clothes on my picture were purchased at ROSS store)

    Need more cashier’s 😞 1 cashier for about 10 people in line and I and a few other people just put our things down and Left 🤔

    There was a cashier who was eating hot chettos and grabbing my merchandise which stained it. This hot chettos girls need to be trained on eating during their lunch/break time.
