  1. The store has changed a lot after the covid-19 situation. So many of their collections are now gone. And quite a lot has been removed. You will find mostly empty shelves and racks if you’ve ever visited before pandemic started and now in the new year. But still has inexpensive items and many of the useful things that I need for myself and for my household stuff. Always a good store to find out if the thing you need is available here or not. Bought myself two cute mugs.

  2. Love this store! Right smack in the middle of the craziness of 3rd & Pike, your still greeted with a smile and a welcome to our store and I always find incredible deals! Good value, excellent customer service, you might have to wait in line a bit sometimes but that’s just because of their great merchandise at great prices. Ya gotta be willing to give a little sometimes to get something good! And I always leave with something good and feeling good… Always
    Nice to have a store that actually has some integrity now days
    I love that 1 piece jump suits are back… Takes me back to the 80’s… Good times… But $10 for this, it’s so soft and I just love it

  3. I am a visitor from England and always visit a Ross store when in America, I always find a bargain. At the Pike Street, Seattle store I had a problem after purchase and spoke to Christina, in security, who asked the duty manager Jennifer to speak to me. I was so impressed by the way both ladies dealt with the situation, they were friendly, polite, concerned for me and professional. The problem was put right quickly and efficiently. I can only recommend this store for its staff and for the lovely purchases made at incredible prices.

  4. Pretty standard Ross. Good selection and affordable prices!

    Don’t come here at night time or nearing the end of day. I haven’t figured it out yet, but for some reason the homeless make large groups around this Ross around night time.

    It’s a decent department store and I visit it quite often. However, two things I noticed about this specific location and don’t like: a) selection is not as good as it used to be, store looks empty, and b) only two fitting rooms for the whole store, there are very often lines, people waiting to try on clothes. Personnel professional and friendly.

    Make sure you keep your husband at home so you can buy everything here. It’s the type of store where you arrive with no list, and you somehow leave with a candle, two jackets, a box of candy, and a barbier for your nonexistent daughter. Seriously, the prices are so low and the selection is impressive so it’s easy to loose track and make impulse purchases. I have noticed the selection does tend to ebb and flow – around Christmas in particular the selection seems much fuller. Also, this Ross is a lot bigger than the one downtown. There is a parking garage, elevator, and escalator to access the store. I recommend coming here, but keep the credit card at home.

    This is a sad, sad space. Very low inventory. But I have bought 2 great suitcases here. If you are looking for decent priced suitcases go here.

    Super friendly and attentive staff unfortunately we came in to buy a luggage and they were completely out of stock. This must be a sign of the times when it comes to the ports. Hopefully they’ll be in stock soon.
