  1. Walmart is Walmart Greedy Nasty people. just looking for what everyone thinks is a deal… in all reality it really isn’t a deal at all. The so called fresh fruit you buy goes bad within a few days after you buy it. The food you buy you have to settle for because they don’t get what they used to have. The meat is very pricey you might as well go to a meat market and buy a half a beef were you know it will be fresh and cheaper. The clothes are very poorly made. And ugly I might add. Now you have to check yourself out bag your own stuff then because they don’t trust you they check your receipt to make sure you didn’t shoplift. From their precious family owned store. Shame on you Walmart you don’t even deserve a star..

  2. The store is pretty nice. Only problem I have is they really only have self checkout. I bought raw sugar scrub for shower and it scanned 13 dollars on shelf it said 5. Waited 10 minutes for help to come over then she said take a screen shot of shelf tag and she would give me that price. Wow ok I walked 2 blocks back over to shelf tag and took picture. Walked back showed her and she said oh that was in wrong place let me void for you and she walked way. How about stocking stuff in correct spot or honoring price shelf says.

  3. The Employees Lina does not know how to work retail. She was very rude. Me and my mother bought hats that said they were a dollar. They rang up for $8. My mother was being helped by another employee who was trying to change the price on the hats. Lina comes up to help me and the employee ask her if she knew how to change the price. Lina says she can but Lina refuses to change it. Me, my cousin, and my mom tell Lina the situation and Lina tells me to go take a picture of the price. My cousin found it online but she still insist on me going to go take a picture of the price. My cousin goes and takes the picture. She comes back and shows Lina the price tag. Lina then says I have to go with you so my cousin goes to get the price with Lina. Lina than says it’s probably misplaced and I have to give you full price. Then Lina ask me if the price is ok. I had to say that it’s ok because it sound like she was trying to pick a fight with me. I was completely disappointed but I wanted my hat but I know she would not fix the price. I got the hat for full price. Linda was rude. I’m not sure if I am spelling her name right because my mother was the one who got her name but she is the short lady with black hair, tan skin. She has a huge black birthmark right above her eyebrow. Avoid being helped by Lina and avoid Lina at all cost because she does not know how to do her job. I’m surprised Lina had not been fired yet.

  4. Veronica at the Eyeglass center located in Walmart was amazing. I walked in with glasses purchased somewhere else and asked if she could possibly adjust the ear piece frame.
    I have not worn my new glasses yet because they didn’t fit properly and Veronica took the time to make them fit perfectly.

  5. I when to get 1 tire replace, a stock size
    (235-55-17) nothing custom, they had no customer in line the shop was completely empty, 20 mines pass by & completely not they had done to my vehicle, not even on the jack!
    I ask if the employees are new hire they say no there well experience; couldn’t believe it.
    Highly recommend for CEO should go as regular customer to get a tire change, so he/she can experience an experience how employees milk the clock.

    This was the ultimate supercenter when it was open 24/7 and can buy live pet fish and supplies and customer service was open at all times (or at least till late and then a night manager would help you with whatever else). Still good, but often can’t find some novice products. There used to be so much variety. I could even find cabessa and lenga here. Huge beef tongues! Perfect for tacos or eastern European cuisine. Many things have changed in the past few years. Still happy I can find good gardening supplies however!

    Don’t expect to be able to exchange something or need any customer service at night, regardless of buying it the same exact time the day prior, they’ll take your money easy, but god forbid you need an exchange or return. If anyone worked the till like they used to it might be nice. Customer service center closed but still multiple body guards paid to man the closed center. Embarrassing.

    This Walmart is well organized and stocked. But I wanted to buy a sandwich and there were no mustard and mayo packets. I had to rearrange my ideas because we are visitors in a hotel for a few days. On the way out today, I came across a conflict in my parking aisle. A big white truck was backing out and thought the car in the aisle should stop for him. And he was out of his vehicle making his point Loudly. And wrongly. One who is backing out yields to those driving in the aisle. Duh moment loud man.

    Wow! Shopped this Supercenter early this morning and was super impressed with all the fashionable choices in your women’s department! The area was clean, organized and inventory was great! Every department was well stocked. Employees seemed happy to be there and so pleasant! Treated every customer even me with patience when I couldn’t get the scan and go thing to work and close my sale . I lingered there longer than usual, but spent within my budget on groceries, beauty, and cute outfits ! Hopefully management catches this review, because the employees on the floor here deserve much kudos!

    I prefer the Walmart on Lake Lead/Boulder Highway to the one on Marks Street as a rule. They usually have better parking and more items in stock when it comes to food. Clothes however are better (more selection) at Marks Street and housewares too. So it depends what I’m shopping for.

    I love this pickup location. The store is okay inside, but kinda messy in some areas, like shoes. I mainly go for grocery pickup. What I like is the access to the pickup area is directly off the side street McLeod. You pull in and pickup is on the right. The workers are fast and friendly. This location has the best pickup because you don’t have to drive through the parking lot to get to the pickup area. The Walmart parking lots are dangerous and here you eliminate all that risk. Try it you will definitely be back!

    I ran into Walmart @ Lakemead and Boulder to grab a few items. I grabed a pack of cloths for doing some staining on the advice of a Walmart rep. When I rang out my items I noticed that the cloths were a lot more expensive than I thought they were. I went back to the shelf and confirmed that the cloths were priced at $5.38 but rang out at $6.98. I went to customer services and your rep just told me that it was the wrong product and would not honor the price. The only thing he would do is return the product. It is not my fault your reps put the product on the wrong spot nor should I have to pay more or go without. I am not going to read the UPC codes of every item I buy to make sure you reps did their job correctly.

    I drove here from Laughlin to buy root beer popsicles because they don’t sell them on the other side of the river. This store is like most other Walmart stores other than this one was well stocked compared to the Arizona stores.

    This store is greatly improving. As the area is building up, Walmart has been updating the store. There are also more stores doing in to the complex which makes it seem a little more substantial and less free standing at it had before. There were a lot of empty store fronts around it and the store looked a little more iffy even from the outside. But they have updated the lot with better lighting so it feels a little safer than it previously did at night. The store is clean and usually has the shelves stocked up pretty well. This store seem better than some when it comes to trying to navigate the isles. A Walmart that we frequent in Mesquite Nevada, we used to get there sometimes 8:00 p.m. or after and they would already have tons of stock people with pallets and messes in the store loading shelves. Now that they’re not open 24 hours they’re doing this during earlier hours. It’s very disruptive when you’re a shopper and you’re having to navigate around pallets or have pallets blocking an entire row so you have to detour several aisles away to get to what you’re looking for. I haven’t seen this in this Henderson location Although the store we visit less frequently is we live on the other side of the lake in the Moapa Valley area. So previously we were more regularly going to the Mesquite Nevada location. But I have been to this location later. I’ve been in there around 8:00 to 9p.m. and it seems less chaotic. The earlier hours I’ve gone in, there does seem to be some activity, however it’s not blocking the customer from shopping. This store has made a lot of nice improvements. Which makes it a nicer shopping experience than it had been previously.
