  1. Looks like a thrift store all the time. No good selection ever. Store is always empty from having no merchandise. Maybe they need a smaller store. Some things are very overpriced for last season or the two before. Other Ross locations are a little better. Mondawmin is the pits. Thumbs down 👎

  5. I am in love with this. Had a last-minute event didn’t know what to wear as far as my shoes. A walk through the doors and it didn’t take me long. Define a perfect pair of shoes for my outfit 😁 and I must say I looked gorgeous from head to toe

    Good deals in general but the clothing seemed a bit more expensive then what I am used to at the Albuquerque location I normally shop at. Home goods were more competitively priced and I got a nice rug for $10. Compared to some Ross locations, this one is very clean, well organized and has friendly staff. Always love going to Ross and had another positive experience at this location.

    I love shopping at the Towson Ross. But the employees are horrible with customer service!!!! I cringe every time I step up to the register. Especially when the older woman is working… she’s loud, rude to customers, and very obnoxious!!!! Everyone talks about her but won’t complain. If she’s working I leave. The 3 stars are for the clothing, shoes and household items, which I love! ❤️

    I really like shopping at this place. Good bargains and the store is clean. Hospitality is good n good customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Good place to shop for adults, children, house hold needs etc.

    I need to stay out of this store cause I overspend. Lines can be long and staff are not always friendly especially when busy but I never had an issue personally. They have everything and I love it!

    Upon entering the store we were approached by an extremely RUDE and HOSTILE woman (Beverley) who I later found out was the store manager. We didn’t make it 2 steps in when she stopped us in our tracks telling us “you can bring that in here” (referring to an empty cup) while we were looking for a trash can. Then when we told her we wouldn’t litter, she continues on to argue saying “we’ll ppl do it all the time!!” No customer service AT ALL, just extremely RUDE and HOSTILE. I usually don’t write negative reviews but I will NEVER step foot in this store AGAIN!! Anytime the security/ loss prevention was more polite than the so called manager. I feel sorry for the staff she “manages” and judging from the reviews here, this is her MO. I’ll be reporting to corporate.
