  1. I have found if I call ahead and make an appointment, the wait is shorter (much like the DMV).

    If not, wait time can be long at times. I’ve had great service & poor service.

    The one thing I dislike (in any store) is salespeople that watch the door and are already thinking about their next customer. I always try and set it up so the sales person’s back is to the store and door.

  2. Was greeted by a very nice staff person at this store. Told him I needed a bit of technical advice. He was very gracious and very helpful, and solved my caller-blocking problem.

  3. Absolutely 100% horrible and terrible experience. I came in to this store twice. They made me go back twice. I’m being told to just drop the phone back to the store with no problem. The second time around another person didn’t wanna help me at all. They didn’t even bother to look at the account and just being told that we cannot take it over there coz it’s already being process. Doesn’t wanna help at all. I drove from far away and gas is so expensive. And get there didn’t even make it to the counter to look the account. I came back coz I was being told, to just drop it off there with no problems. My family is been on this service for more than 10 years with 6 phone on that service. Pays on time. And pays very good amount in their favor! Now I am looking at the different service for them. Coz they charge for more things and the service is completely is so hard to deal with. They send you different places just to fix the issues. And made you kept calling the customer service! They absolute don’t value the customer at all! The person I spoke said we won’t take it. Just drop it off on the mail. This phone is from my brother who was deployed from Navy. He’s sending his phone back to Verizon so they don’t charge for more. This phone have to be dropped off. The person by the door could atleast considered to take a look at the account before kick us out and turn us down. We went to like 3 store just to drop the damn phone for them! And that store is the main Verizon store that I was told from the other Verizon store. If anybody don’t wanna deal with this kinda service don’t ever go to this Verizon! They have so many inconvenience policy you have to go through! And on top of this issues. I walked out to the door and I saw him laughing. Absolutely telling everyone not to go this store or not to get Verizon service. The guy who never wanted to help was the guy by the door or on the floor and while I was talking to him. He’s already looking at the next customer.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    SO UNPROFESSIONAL. It was super strange.

    DIDN’T want to try to sell. If smart enough, would of made 2 sales !

    Been with Verizon for a very long time. Very EXPENSIVE.

  5. I stopped in for a couple minutes to get my phone erased so I could send it back and Michael the manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. Taking his time to have me have all the answers to all my questions. Best customer service!

    This review is ONLY for the Westfield store. I visited this store as my phone was damaged and I was seeing what options I had. I was told by the sales rep that I would be better off by just upgrading the phone and avoid the warranty deductible charges. I was informed that the current promo included a FREE matching watch both being from Google instead of a Samsung that was more expensive. I reviewed the options and chose to purchase the promo deal. Unfortunately, the deal was not as sold. I reviewed the transaction once again at home and found that not only wasn’t the Watch NOT FREE, MSRP of over $400 but there was a monthly Access Fee to really put the screw to me. Doesn’t FREE mean no cost? I realize that the sales tax is valid for any equipment but come on man! THE 1 STAR was given only because the manager was helpful in taking the Watch back and didn’t charge me a restocking charge. I DECIDED TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER CARRIER THE NEXT DAY.

    The ‘Veizon’ experience far exceeded the 3 competitor stores that I had visited prior. I wanted to replace my wireless earphones, which 1 ear had ceased to function and other was dimming badly, but the ‘mall’ kiosk didn’t sell “headphones”, so I just ‘settled for’ a $25 case/holder plus a USB and “C” port charging wire for $20 and she charged my ‘dead’ cellular telephone (Samsung- Z 3 Fold) to 1% on her USB to “C” port wire in about 5 to 10 minutes with a “double speed” fast 2.4 amp charge. However, the Verizon sales associate (Teo), firstly, greeted me within seconds of store entry, learned of my ‘headphone’ needs, then offered several choices for replacement, and subsequently, inquired to retrieve my Verizon account which he would find savings for my selection (JBL Headphones valued at over $150), with additional discounts that finalized the sale at $127. Also, Teo charged my cellalar telephone to 8% really fast, and when questioned about the swift charge, and I showed my $20 USB/”C” wire, he advised to return for a “C” to “C” wire that he offered for $30, but was much faster. I declined, and departed with my JBL purchase to return the slower $20 wire, and reported the Teo information to (Elmira) the mall booth employee, so she ransacked her shelved inventory to finally find a $30 “C” to “C” wire that she ultimately, didn’t charge me for the added $10 mark-up, … great job Teo! (saved me another 10 bucks, who else would do that?). T-Mobile, where I bought my earphones 2 years before, and Walmart did not offer satisfactory solutions as did Verizon, … oh well.

    I would like you to know that Cameron and Teo were wonderful helpers.. They spent so much time with me. .I am an old lady and I had to come in 4 times to get help.. Nothing wrong with the phone or watch, just my brain isnt as smart as they are .Besides being wonderful they have good personalities

    Jahanna was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, saved us a lot of money. I’ve learned from experience with other carriers that Verizon’s signal coverage and quality is way better than any other carrier. And Jahanna was so great that she’s worth traveling to her particular store to get any Verizon products.

    This Verizon store has sales people who will sell anything any way they can and then not stand behind their service or products. The salesperson loaded my phone with expensive ($140 of) protective liquid glass and case. When My phone dropped the protective screen cover and case did not protect the screen and it cracked, they accessories companies won’t stand behind their warranty because the Verizon Vectra Salesperson didn’t send in the warranty information from the boxes and paperwork they took out of the wrapper before giving the phone to me. I will ONLY GO TO A GENUINE 100% CORPORATE VERIZON STORE IN THE FUTURE – “IF” I am still with Verizon in the future. AVOID THIS STORE – THEY WORK DECEPTIVE SALES THAT TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DEVICE, NOR DO THEY WANT TO SPEAK TO ANYONE AFTER THEY MAKE THE SALE. THEY WILL FORWARD YOUR CALLS ONCE THEY LEARN YOU DON’T WANT A NEW PHONE.
