- Reviews:waited 30 minutes to be asked what I needed, I explained (adding a line which they love to try and get people to do) only for the person who walked in after me to be helped first. I was told I was next in line and that no associates were available but two employees who weren’t helping anyone (one being the manager) were just pacing the floor. the manager (I know shes the manager because I was in there last week when she kept interrupting the associate helping me multiple times asking questions that could definitely wait like “have you sold any xyz cases today”) she just watched me walk out while staring me down. there’s no other explanation for you except you’re a RUDE woman. The folks at this store were WAY more helpful and understanding than the customer service reps on the phone. If you need anything with Verizon, just go to this store. Just told me I need transfer from T-Mobile in order to get a line. Then I see online Verizon provides a transfer program free of charge. I’ll be going to a different Verizon store tomorrow in hopes for better service.By kyle thacker (6 months ago)The staff were very nice and helpful and I didn’t have to wait long, but after changing the shipping address for my new phone I ordered in the store, I looked online the next day and the phone had been shipped to the original address. I had to call customer service to see if they can contact FedEx and reroute the shipment and it’s been kind of a hassle figuring this out. I went into the Cellular Sales store located at 6000 Roswell Road .Within seconds I was greeted by a team leader ,Tony and he expressed how he could help me . You see I had been into 2 Verizon locations prior to this and no sales person was able to help me find the fast track charger for my BMW because certain BMW made in Germany require certain equipment . Tony was able to find it , went out to my car and checked it and also he showed me the correct charging device for my phone at home which takes half the amount of time than previous ,so I was so glad to purchase. Truly go to that location !!! They are so educated and specialize in problem solving and kindness. I went to another retailer looking for a phone. They hardly had anything. I visited here and found a phone I liked. The lady who took care of us was wonderful. She was an older black lady. I can’t remember her name. She was awesome!!
Maya was excellent and provided superb customer service! I had a multitude of issues with access to my email and phone but she was patient, empathetic and reassuring me that I was fine and all my concerns would be met. She not only delivered her promise but I was comfortable purchasing additional amenities and services that she offered! She will be my rep of choice as long as she’s with Verizon! FYI my switch from T-Mobile to Verizon was a breeze thanks to Maya!
I ungraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 14 so I had a million concerns! Tock M took his time in addressing all of them. He was very warm, professional, and patient; plus, he was not pushy! He has a delightful personality and is definitely an asset to Verizon.
Ray, the manager, was patient with me, a senior citizen.
He seemed to love his job.
He was clear to understand and was “ one-stop,” for all of my questions and needs.
He is a “keeper” for this company.
