This particular location is only a couple of years old, but the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a few questions about our account and was told everything has to be done online and that they can’t do it in store. What is the point of the store being open then if everything has to be done online? We then brought up that the overall service has been really bad recently and all they could tell us was that the towers are congested but that we can pay $10 extra per line for premium service which seems like a ripoff to me. Verizon used to be the best out there but it might be time to start looking into other options.By Kira Marsh (6 months ago)I have been to this location a few times and like it based on where it’s physically located, and the store is very nice. In the past my visits have been to start a plan or spend money, and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. This time, however, I made a visit for help with my phone/service (not spending money) and the help I got was less than stellar. The gentleman seemed to either 1. not understand my issue I carefully tried to explain in clear detail, 2. understood but just didn’t want to spend the energy helping me, or 3. Didn’t know the answer to my question… which is totally fine! Just say so. But he gave me a run around and chalked it up to “that’s just how it is” even though I’ve been fine for years and the problem has only existed this week. I repeatedly tried to explain my issue in different ways, and got the same response so I eventually left. If you don’t know something, I totally understand that, you can’t know everything. But just say so instead of gaslighting your customers! Suddenly the fee to leave seems worth it.By Josh K (7 months ago)Heather Rellinger is a phenomenal employee! To start we added 3 lines and and Apple Watch and a total of 4 new phones (updated mine plus 3 new phones with new lines). We worked with Austin S. He was awesome!! He walked us through everything and did all the orders and extras we asked for. There were problems with connecting the lines and he knew exactly who to call and what was needed to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we picked up the phones we had an appointment to do everything and he had all the options for screen protectors and cases and charging cords and blocks ready for us. He is excellent at what he does and as long as he is there working I will insist on making sure he is the person we use to get things done. I’m sure they all know what they are doing but that’s who we picked and will continue to do so in the future. If you want someone guaranteed to be dependable and work to get you all the discounts and perks if available, he will do so. Thanks for everything and we appreciate it!
Best cell phone experience ever for me. As soon as I walked in, Sam Fiser greeted me & escorted me to his desk where I knew immediately I was in good hands. He was so respectful & helpful. Last night my old phone was losing battery and it would not recharge. So I show up there for help for setting up a new phone that I did not buy from them, Sam was my customer consultant. Sam was awesome and very patient with this old woman. He set up my new phone and all is well in my world now. Thanks Sam. He will be my go to guy from now on.
