I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone that has any issue other than something with a simple “yes” or “no” answer ALSO, they charged me $30 to transfer my data to my new phone, then the girl just told me to download an app and transfer the data when I get home, I assume either because she didn’t know how to do it properly, or she just wasn’t willing to spend the time. There’s only been a select few employees that I have had good customer service. I pay enough for my phone upgrades and the bill that I’d expect decent customer service. As a retail manager myself I was shocked at Ladan’s customer service. I would have retrained her and shadowed her to make corrections. After seeing all of the other bad reviews about her, I would think you would retrain her immediately as it reflects badly on not only her, but also the manager, her fellow associates, and the business. Well kinda felt like Verizon should have coffee shop seating where their employees can sit with customers take hour or more to talk to them or get them to buy multiple things regardless how many people are waiting. It seems like they more interested in knowing what is going on in customers personal life and just keep talking and talking and gossips.
I understand customer service is important but it doesn’t make sense when you make one person happy and ten unhappy. Very bad experience. Very laid back staff .
Poor service, I am Verizon customer for 9 years and just visited this location for device upgrade ( paid off 3 years ago ) after I received an offer by e mail. They weren’t busy, an associate talk to me and I explained to him what kind of phone I want ( I phone 13 ) and showed him the e mail and asked him to help me place the order, he said this is an online offer and all what he can do is give me a phone number of sales so I can call them to help me, asked me to wait, he went inside then came back after 5 minutes to help another customer while at least 2 associates not busy that morning , not even a place to sit , was standing for 15 minutes without any one knowledge me or say anything, then I went to him to ask him about the phone number then he look to his phone and gave it to me , wondering why he made me wait 15 minute waiting if he has it on his phone or why he couldn’t at least helped me to place a. Order or why he made me wait. It’s very rude too to treat any customer like that.
Josh and Ranaa were so helpful. They spent a lot of time making sure our phones work. Answered all our questions. We felt valued and appreciated as customers. Highly recommend the Woodbury location.
Lady was friendly but waited 1.25 hours after i was told i was second in line. Someone showed up late for an appointment and I was told there wouldnt be time for me. I only saw 1 customer get completed in the duration of waiting.
Had a horrible service experience with the manager Josh. I wanted to return the mismatched e-pencil they ordered for me that didn’t fit the iPad we bought. I have a decent sized account and have spent over $400 mo. for the past 6 years with Verizon and he didn’t even check or ask about that. He just told me with a stone face that “we can’t exchange it after the 30 day period.” What a total lack of business acumen! Let’s lose a customer that spends $400/mo. with Verizon for the past 6 years, much less on a major mistake you made due to the “30 day return / exchange rule. Talk about winning the battle and losing the war! T-Mobile, here I come!
